There are many problems in school art education in our country, eg. the unhealthiness of administration, lack of teaching instruments and teachers, and insufficient art classes, etc, but these are the ones which are difficult to be tackled with by theory reachers. So the article focuses on the guiding conception and teaching theory of school art education.
