Results: SAH were presented real image of brain cistern and brain sulcus; Hemorrhage in the interhemispheric fissure cistern presented as a slightly widening hyperdense line; zigzag hyperdense line; elongation of hyperdense line within the anterior segment of the interhemispheric fissure, which was longer than 25mm or half the depth of the genu; thickening of the tentorial incisure margin.

结果：蛛网膜下腔出血可显示脑池、脑沟、脑裂呈高密度改变；纵裂池出血呈一稍宽线影；高密度"Z"字征；前纵裂池高密度线影延长或大于1／2胼胝体膝部深度或大于25mm；天幕缘切迹增厚。

There are two components to the reconstruction process. First, the camera calibration and metric structure of each plane is computed, that is to calibrate a square pixel camera from three vanishing points of orthogonal directions and metric rectify each plane by computing the imaged circular points and the vanishing line.

首先 ，相机定标和计算每个平面的度量信息，即先基于 3组互相垂直方向的影灭点，对方形像素相机标定，再利用影灭线和圆环点像，对每个平面度量校正；然后考虑每个校正平面的尺度因子和非正交平面间的相对面向，从而将所有校正后的平面缝合起来。

Results? 6 cases in X-ray film revealed round or oval stones in areatus distribution in the areas of renal papillae and medulla. 3 cases of IVP revealed cystic or hair-brushed dilation. 5cases in B-ultrasound revealed little anechoic area and strong echo light spot in radial distribution with acoustic shadow. Unenhanced CT of 6 cases revealed spotted or areatus stones surrounding minor renal calices with collecting tube system dilation and enhanced CT showed artifacts of stones magnification because of the collection of contrast medium around the stones. Conclusion?

结果 X线平片检查6例，表现为肾乳头、髓质区见簇状排列的圆形、椭圆形致密影；IVP检查3例，显示肾集合管囊状、刷子状扩张；B超检查5例见肾髓质内呈放射状分布的小无回声区和强回声光点，其后方伴有声影；CT检查6例，平扫呈环绕肾小盏分布的点状或簇状钙化灶，集合管囊状扩张，增强后因钙化周围的集合管内造影剂聚集，造成钙化影增大的假象。

Compared with standard images,bony images showed bony thorax more clearly,especially the ribs overlapped by heart and the subphrenic structures,and soft tissue images showed lung lesions more clearly.Conclusion DR energy subtraction chest films can show rib fracture and lung lesions clearly,and it is of diagnostic value for the patients of chest trauma and small lung lesions.

我院于2004年5月引进了美国GE公司生产的RevolutionTMXR/d型双板数字放射摄影系统（digital radiography，DR），该系统具有双能减影功能，对160例胸部外伤或肺部疾病患者进行了DR能量减影胸部后前位X线摄影检查，分别获得标准影像、软组织影像和骨骼影像，摄影质量好，有较大的临床应用价值。

Pulmonary function tests showed restrictive ventilation disturbance and/or a decreased diffusing capacity in 12 patients and normal condition in 4 patients. Chest X-ray films showed multiple patchy consolidation in 12 patients and thickening of lung markings in 4 patients. HRCT scans demonstrated patchy consolidation and/or ground-glass opacity in 16 patients and fine nodular consolidation in 4 patients. The lesions were diffuse in 1 patients and had a predominantiy subpleural and/or peribron chovascular distrbution in 15 patients.

结果：14例患者主要表现为干咳和气短，2例主要表现为发热伴咳嗽。12例患者肺功能检查表现为限制性通气功能障碍和弥散功能减低，4例肺功能正常。12例患者X线胸片呈多发斑片实变影，4例表现为纹理增粗。16例患者HRCT扫描表现为多发斑片实变影和磨玻璃影，4例伴小结节。1例病变弥漫分布于双肺，15例病变位于胸膜下和沿支气管血管鼠分布。

Linear opacities appeared in pulmonary fibrosis of gradeⅡor gradeⅢand had statistical significance(P＜0.05);Bullae and pneumothorax were mainly in pulmonary fibrosis of gradeⅢ,difference of appearance of the sign had statistical significance(P＜0.05).The difference of appearance of ground-glass attenuation,consolidation,nodules and subpleural interstitial thickening had no statistical significance in different stages of pulmonary fibrosis. Honeycomb lung and traction bronchiectasis appeared in pulmonary fibrosis of gradeⅢ.

线状影出现于Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级PF，且具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；肺大泡及气胸主要出现于Ⅲ级PF，与其余各级PF之间存在差异(P＜0.05)；磨玻璃影、实变、结节影及胸膜下间质增厚在各级PF出现的差异无统计学意义；蜂窝肺及牵引性支气管扩张都出现于Ⅲ级PF。

Linear opacities appeared in 14d group and 28d group,bullae and pneumothorax were mainly in 28d group,the difference of appearance of two signs above had statistical significance(P＜0.05).The difference of appearance of ground-glass attenuation and consolidation had no statistical significance in sub-groups.Nodules and subpleural interstitial thickening did not appear in 3d group.

线状影出现于14d组及28d组，肺大泡和气胸主要见于28d组，上述两个征象出现的差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；磨玻璃影和实变在各组中出现的差异无统计学意义；结节影和胸膜下间质增厚在3d组均未出现；蜂窝肺1只及牵引性支气管扩张2只都出现于28d组。3。
