Conclusion:FAME method is useful in rapid identification of Vibrionaceae strains and in field isolation of V. cholerae. It can be used to judge the relationships of strains in small outbreaks, but it cannot differentiate the subgroups of V. cholerae.

The results show that the variation of diameter of ATF yarn increases with increasing the over feed of peel filament, but the variation of average diameter decreases. When the polyester FDY is used as core filament, the structure of diacetate composite ATF is looser than the ATF with capron as core filament, and the unevenness of yarn core and outside are also greater. The ATF loops or hairiness mainly centre at the height 0.5 and 1.0 mm, the amount decreasing with the height increasing, with exponential distribution. When the over feed of peel filament enhances, the number of loops or hairiness decreases at the height of 0.5 mm, while other height of loops or hairiness increases.
