A kind of virus particles were observed in cytoplasm of sampled ill sea cucumber tissues which were sampled from sick sea cucumbers with ulcerous skin and swollen mouth from their farming ponds at the beginning of 2005. The particles were covered with a bilayer envelops, shaped in globular with its size 100-200 nm in diameter. The same virus was isolated from cultured sea cucumbers with disease from different time and sites, and then infected the healthy sea cucumber. sea cucumber appeared the phenomenon such as ulcerous skin and swollen mouth and the same virus was isolated from infected sea cucumbers.

本章从患病刺参中分离出了2株对刺参具有感染能力的细菌，经鉴定1株为弧菌科弧菌属Vibrio sp和1株为弧菌科施万氏菌属Shewanella sp；在患病刺参的触手、肠和呼吸树等组织的细胞质中，检出了球形、具双层囊膜、直径大约为100-200nm的病毒粒子利用分离的病毒进行人工感染实验，刺参可以产生与自然发病刺参相同的症状，显示了分离的病毒对刺参具有一定的感染性。

As a result of using 4 species pathogen probes,the positive rate of Vibrio alginolyticus and V. vulnificus is 3.4%.

在常见的4种致病性弧菌的检测结果上，创伤弧菌和溶藻弧菌阳性率均为3.4%。

It was demonstrated that BDF-H16 was an gram-negative bacterium and had a bacilliform or arc bacilliform shape with a flagellum at one end.Its size was mostly 0.2μm～0.5μm×0.8μm～1.2μm.It had a wide prey area and could lyse all tested gram-negative bacteria and some gram-positive bacteria. The best lysis conditions to Escherichia coli were 6.75×109cfu/mL of prey bacteria concentration、pH7.0~7.5、28℃. It could grow in the solid culture added 0.85%~5.00% NaCl and was inhibited by enrofloxacin and norfloxacin.

结果表明：蛭弧菌BDF-H16为革兰氏阴性菌，杆形或弧杆形，端生一根鞭毛，菌体大小多为0.2μm～0.5μm×0.8μm～1.2μm；蛭弧菌BDF-H16对实验所选用的革兰氏阴性菌和部分革兰氏阳性菌均有裂解作用；以大肠杆菌为宿主菌，其最佳生长条件为宿主菌浓度6.75×109cfu/mL、pH7.0～7.5、温度28℃；在NaCl含量0.85%～5.00%的培养基中能够生长；恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星对其有抑制作用。

Vibrio cholerae adherence to and colonization in the small intestine are essential step in the pathogenesis of cholera. At least one type of pili, known as TcpA, is required for the colonization process. This paper reports the electron microscopic evidence showing that V. cholerae 01 and 0139 serogroups can express at least 4 types of pili when incubated at 28℃ on AKI agar or CFA (pH6.8). Among the four types, three can be expressed by classical and El Tor strains of Vibrio cholerae 01: TcpA pili are peritrichous,being 7-8nm in diameter, 5-10μm in length, and form bundles of parallel undulating filaments of 0.5-0.8 μm wide and 10-15μm long; Type B are 3-4nm in diameter, up to 2μm long, and of wavy morphology; Type C are 7-8nm wide and 0.5-0.8μm long.

本文通过电子显微镜对01群霍乱弧菌古典生物型和El Tor生物型以及0139群霍乱弧菌研究发现，在培养基AKI和CFA(pH6.8)28℃培养条件下，01群EVC和CVC均可产生TcpA，B型和C型菌毛；0139群霍乱弧菌可产生TcpA和B型菌毛，与01群一致。
