The objective of this Course is to introduce the organic structure and its operation of the WTO and import relief system study on the impact and response after our access to WTO; research into the meaning, history and future development of import relief system; systematically introduce the laws and practice of our safeguards, anti-dumping and countervailing system, as well as the recent development After Doha Agenda Development. Through study the law and practice of import relief system could be extensively applied and thus provides our industry with temporary relief while we enter the global market. Also we can expand our understanding about international trade policy and its implementation practice we hope creat could though this training program which contribution to our society.

本课程主要在介绍世界贸易组织组织架构与进口救济制度之运作，探讨我国加入WTO后之最新进展及其影响作一评估与因应对策，进口救济制度实施之意义、沿革及其发展，我国平衡税及反倾销税与进口救济制度之运作方式及采行贸易或产业调整协助等救济措施之规范，与乌拉圭回合之反倾销协定、补贴及平衡措施协定与防卫条款有关之最新发展作有系统介绍，期能了解我国在打开全球国家之市场管道之同时，抵制国际保护主义压力对国内受害产业提供适度之暂时性救济工具之运用，作为理论与实务兼修之入阶，藉以了解国家经济政策运作方向，期能将来进入社会服务贡献所学。

By systemic researching and simulating experiment, the text gains such results as follows,1. On the base of sufficiency research on the oil-gas hydrocarbon systemic chemistry composing and the physical chemistry characters, we traverse the mechanism of the paraffin's deposition. Then we consider that paraffin deposition is a complex process ofphysical chemistry, which includes more than one single mechanism.2. Traversing and comparing the literature in detail on different factors that has effect on paraffin deposition, the available experimental methods on paraffin deposition, prevention of paraffin deposition, and removing of the deposited paraffin on the spot.3. Ameliorated the laser equipment of solid particle inspecting system and the corresponding test methods. Determine WCT of dead oil and live oil from KS101 well under different pressure with this system. The result implies that dead oil has opposite regulation on paraffin deposition temperature to live oil.4. A vapor-liquid-solid envelop is drawn by superposition regular vapor-liquid envelop and WCT curve thereby explained that the departure and quick raising of the curve in the low temperature zone is caused by the appearance of paraffin in solid phase.5. Estimation is made to determine the depth of paraffin deposition in the well.

通过系统的研究和实验模拟，本文取得了以下研究成果：(1)在充分调研油气烃类体系的化学组成及其物理化学特征的基础上，详细研究了石蜡沉降的机理，认为石蜡沉积是一个复杂的物理化学过程，是多种机理共同作用的结果；(2)深入调研并综合阐述了影响石蜡固相沉积的各种主要因素，对目前国内外常用的有机固相沉积实验研究方法和现场清防蜡措施也做出详尽的描述，并加以对比评价；(3)改进了油气藏开发重点实验室自行研制组装的高温高压下测定固相沉积的激光装置和测试方法，并用该套设备测定出柯深101井的井口脱气油样和凝析气平衡油样不同压力下的析蜡点，实验结果表明，脱气油和平衡油析蜡规律相反；(4)将常规气-液两相相图和析蜡曲线叠加得到了气—液—固三相相图，从而解释了气-液两相等液量线在低温区域偏离正常并快速上翘是由于体系有石蜡固相出现；(5)利用实验测试的析蜡温度预测析蜡位置，表明只有在距井口465m油管以上会有蜡析出。

This results in a higher possibility for the components to enter the unstable demixing gap after the rapid phase separation of the system has taken place.Therefore,a bicontinuous structure is easily formed for CA membrane. For the systems of ScCO_2/toluene/PSt and ScCO_2/solvent/PVB,the increase of temperature or decrease of pressure leads to the binodal curves shifting toward the polymer/solvent axes,and thus results in the decrease of miscibility gap.The membrane toplayers of ScCO_2/solvent/PVB systems are dominated by the equilibrium thermodynamics,while the formation of membranes sublayers is the result of the combination of the equilibrium thermodynamics and membrane formation kinetics.

以下时由双节线、旋节线之间构成的亚稳互溶分相区很窄，使得该体系在快速分相后其组成变化进入旋节线内不稳分相区的可能性极高，从而易导致CA膜形成双连续结构；温度升高或压力减小均可导致ScCO_2/甲苯/PSt与ScCO_2/溶剂/PVB两种铸膜体系的双节线向聚合物/溶剂轴一侧靠近，均相区减小；ScCO_2/溶剂/PVB体系的膜表面结构形成主要受平衡热力学过程的控制，而膜的截面结构是其平衡热力学与扩散动力学共同作用的结果。

Firstly,based on the WR Sexton method,the method and mathematic models of supplementing the sub-idle rotating component characteristics is presented.Secondly,the turbofan windmilling high-low pressure rotor co-working equations and the whole engine co-working equations are established.lastly,a turbofan engine windmilling characteristics under various windmilling conditions are simulated and analyzed.

首先，基于不可压流理论，附以可压缩效应修正的指数法发展了补充慢车转速以下部件特性的计算模型和计算程序；其次，根据流量连续、压力平衡、功率平衡、燃烧室进出口总温相等及转速相等等约束条件建立了风车状态时涡扇发动机高低压转子及整机的共同工作方程；最后发展了具有一定计算精度的涡扇发动机风车状态特性计算模型和程序，并以某型涡扇发动机为例，计算分析了不同飞行条件下发动机的风车特性，从计算结果看，其趋势是合理的。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.
