In the part of producing TONALIDE, through single-factor-experiments , the highest yield of reaction condition was confirmed as: reaction time about 4 hours; reaction temperature about 20 ; the quantity of chlori-acytyl about 10g; the quantity of aluminum chloride 13-15g and the yield of reaction was as high as 90%.

To attain the same strength grade, the content of cement in cement fly-ash stabilized hoggin has reduced by 0.5~1% comparing with cement stabilized hoggin. This material has a capability of adapting with different aggregate's gradation and the 4.75mm passing rate can reduce to 30%. Through the studying about the mechanical property of cement fly-ash stabilized hoggin, this manuscript discover that the material has good strength growing performance that its 90d strength growing rate is 385% and its splitting strength that the 7d splitting strength is 0.347MPa and the 90d splitting strength is 0.700MPa accord with requirement in the norm.

In the part of isobutylene producing HMT, through single-factor-experiments , the best reaction condition was found as : the quantity of aluminum chloride was about 4g; the drop-wise time was about 60 min; the keeping reaction time was about 3 hours and in such a condition , the yield of reaction was 86%.

由新己烯合成HMT反应中，通过单因素优化实验，确定较好的反应条件为：三氯化铝用量为4g左右，反应时间定为60分钟左右，滴加时间确定为3小时左右，此时反应收率为86％。

RESULTS: The self-prepared 3-D external distractor was 30 g. The lengthener was built to provide 3-D suture expansion osteogenesis by changing the direction. The expansion bar could be moved about 2 cm in anteroposterior axes, 3.5 cm in perpendicular axes, 3 cm in coronal axes.

The experiment study about the subcritical normalizing holding temperature effects the macrostructure and hardness of the 40SiMnCrNiMoA steel shows: When subcritical normalizing holding temperature is 760℃, the ferrite in the mixture phase structure is lumpish, the hardness of the steel is low (about HRC32), and when the holding temperature is over 800℃, the hardness of the steel is about HRC49, the ferrite in the mixture phase structure is in old critical range austenite grain boundaries, it is disadvantage for the steel strengthening. When the holding temperature is 780℃, the mixture phase structure is mixture phase structure including the strip ferrite、martensite and bainite, the ferrite is less than 20%wt, its grains are fine and even, the hardness of the steel is about HRC38, it is in the range of HRC35-40 which is the long-life drill rod needed.

亚温正火温度对40SiMnCrNiMoA的组织和硬度等性能的影响的实验研究表明，当亚温正火保温温度为760℃时，复合组织中的铁素体形态是块状，处理后的材料硬度相对较低（HRC32左右）；而当采用大于800℃温度亚温正火处理，材料硬度为HRC49左右，组织中铁素体大部分较连续地存在于原奥氏体的晶界，对材料强化不利；当40SiMnCrNiMoA钢780℃亚温正火后，硬度为HRC38左右，在以往小钎杆较长寿命所需硬度范围HRC35-40内，而组织为细条状铁素体+以板条马氏体和条状无碳贝氏体为主的复合组织，晶粒细小均匀，铁素体体积含量少于20％。
