The main work and the originality points of this dissertation could be concluded as the following parts:(1) To analyze systematically the mathematical model of LES of air flow in great space, under the case of isothermal and non-isothermal, as well as the combined action of buoyancy and strain. Some basic problems are studied about the LES application into airflow simulation of great space, such as boundary conditions, spatial difference scheme and time advancing scheme, time step etc., which creates the basis for the LES application to indoor airflow simulation.(2) Both the instantaneous and time averaged flow field of great space with multiple jets under isothermal and non-isothermal cases are explored with large eddy simulation method, and also discussed the dynamic characteristics and the law of fluidflow in the great space.(3) Based on the results of LES of the great space and the Fanger thermal comfort indexes, it is brought forward the concept of the series of dynamic thermal comfort evaluating indexes, which could be divided into thermal comfort index with time averaged properties PD, PPD, PMV, thermal comfort index with instantaneous properties IPD, IPPD, IPMV, and time averaged thermal comfort indexes TAPD, TAPPD, TAPMV, and transient situations time averaged thermal comfort indexes TTAPD, TTAPPD, TTAPMV. The differences among them and the calculation methods are discussed, and the four kinds of indexes are calculated with the thermal comfort index PD as an example.(4) Based on the LES results it is discussed the hot air stratification phenomena in air-conditioned buildings in the case with air supply and return registers on the ceiling and the case on the sidewall. The fundamentals of the hot air stratification are studied and the relations of estimating hot air stratification are brought forward.(5) With the advanced apparatus such as hot wire film anemometer IFA300 and laser particle field anemoscope, corresponding model test and site measurements have been done, which are compared with the simulation results and LES is proved a very promising method in air flow simulation indoor.

本文主要工作既创新点体现在以下几个方面：(1)系统分析了等温、非等温和考虑剪切力与浮升力综合作用的高大空间大涡模拟数学模型，并研究了高大空间大涡模拟在室内气流仿真应用中的一些基本问题，如边界条件、空间离散格式和时间推进格式、时间步长选择等问题，为大涡模拟在室内气流计算中的广泛应用打下了基础；(2)首次用大涡模拟方法研究了高雷诺数下高大空间多射流在等温、非等温情况下的瞬时流场和时均流场分布，并探讨了多射流流场的动态特性和流动规律；(3)基于大涡模拟的动态仿真结果和Fanger的热舒适指标，首次系统地提出了动态热舒适评价指标体系的概念：即基于时间平均参数的热舒适指标PD、PPD、PMV；基于瞬时参数的瞬时热指标IPD、IPPD、IPMV；基于时间平均热舒适指标TAPD、TAPPD、TAPMV；以及沿行动迹线的时间平均热舒适指标TTAPD、TTAPPD、TTAPMV，并分析了四类热舒适指标的差异性和计算方法，还以PD值为例对四类指标分别进行了计算；(4)基于数十种工况下空调房间大涡模拟的结果，研究了空调建筑上送上回和侧送侧回两种情况下热分层现象，并探讨了热分层的基本规律，首次提出了避免热分层现象的判断公式；(5)在暖通空调领域，首次使用IFA300热线风速仪、激光粒子速度场仪等先进设备，完成了与大涡模拟相对应的模型试验，并把实测结果与仿真结果进行了对比，说明LES在室内气流仿真方面是一种很有前景的方法。

在全球迈向"网络时代"的背景下，中国国内的电视媒体面临着新的传播环境，原有的传播环境包括政治环境、市场环境、文化环境和技术环境在网络化的冲击下逐渐呈现出新的特点；面对网络所带来的机遇和挑战，中国电视媒体正积极地寻求与网络相融互补，谋求更广阔的发展天地：一方面通过组建自己的媒体网站，实现信息的网络化传播，另一方面在积极的推进电视媒体的数字化、网络化进程，适应未来全球电视业的激烈竞争；本文对中国电视媒体初步实现网络传播的现状进行了总结，并就传播过程中呈现的问题、原因和应对的策略，提出了一些自己的看法，对未来可能呈现的发展趋势作出了预测和判断。

Based on the principle of the analytic hierarchy process, under the condition of the given pairwise comparison judgment matrix of the decision maker, a new method to determine the decision maker's priority vector for the comparison objects, called chain comparison method, is proposed with a numerical example illustrating its applicability.

Based on a questionnaire of drivers' psychological and behavioral reaction under emergency, this paper improved the Gipps car-following model and proposed a new emergency evacuation car-following model based on the minimum safety distance. The model contains statistical distribution of drivers' behavioral differentia and experiential estimate.

本研究通过对突发事件情况下驾驶员心理与行为特性问卷调查，得到驾驶员在非常态交通环境下的行为差异和经验判断比率分布，对Gipps跟驰模型进行了改进，提出了基于最小安全跟车间距的应急疏散车辆跟驰模型。

For regular topology surface, intermediate surface local texture mapping are used; for irregular topology surface, subdivision surface local texture mapping are used. So different topology surface using different texture mapping methods can solve the contradiction between texture effect and processing speed when they are dealt with by single method. The three judge conditions of texture distortion in the process of mapping onto the sphere surface are discussed and the exiting algorithms of mapping are analyzed, the new algorithms of mapping onto the sphere surface are presented. In order to enhance the realistic of graphics, a new function of wood texture is presented. OpenGL is also introduced in this papers and some realization examples of texture mapping based on OpenGL under the environment of VC++ and POV-RAY are presented in some chapters.

对于简单拓扑表面，利用改进的两步纹理映射，对于复杂拓扑表面利用新的面片分割算法，初步解决了颜色纹理中速度与走样之间的矛盾；通过对球面纹理时纹理不变形的三个判断条件的研究，分析了现在各种球面纹理映射算法，并在此基础上提出了一种基于等面积的半球面纹理映射算法，明显减少了球面纹理的纹理变形；针对现有的木纹纹理中，两种表示木纹的颜色差距表现出的颜色突变问题进行研究，提出对这两种颜色进行线性插值或二次插值，使生成的木纹纹理颜色更加连续，更加逼真；在VC++环境下，通过调用Open GL的图形库及在Pov-Ray软件环境下，实现了参数化纹理、球面纹理、凹凸纹理及木纹纹理等各种算法。

Based on the fact that the competition in Chinese electric market is oligopolistic, in this paper, we first established a static multi-player oligopoly model and then analyzed the Nash equilibrium and its stability. After that, we established a dynamic multi-player oligopoly model and analyzed its stability.

针对目前我国对电力市场多寡头竞争的研究还不是很深入的情况，在完全信息下，首先建立了多寡头静态模型，找出其纳什均衡解，并进行了稳定性判断；然后建立多寡头动态模型，利用雅可比矩阵的性质判断出系统的稳定性。

Methods: Under X-ray imitating the tubal catheterizing process in TV-GIFT and according to the fluroscopy metal catheter wire displayed and contrast medium injected to judge if the catheterization being successful. A KJITS-5000 catheter system was used in 21 sterility patients. The success rate of catheterization and the judgement criteria in imitating group were compared with those in 30 cases of TV-GIFT(TV-GIFT group).

采用KJITS-5000导管对不孕症21例，在X线透视下模拟TV-GIFT输卵管插管过程，根据荧屏显示金属导丝及注入造影剂判断插管是否成功，并与30例TV-GIFT中的判断指标及插管成功率进行比较。
