In order to escplore the new models of cultivating in school, the essay tightly connects cultivating with teaching and research activities, based on developing teachers vacational level by modern information technoledge. As to evaluational methods, we can take varied evaluational ways, including self-evaluation and evaluating each other by combination of fixing quality and quantity. At last, it is very necessary to found a special organization in order to form cultive web, make entire standarization, pay attention to develop resource and provide cultive guarantee.

本文在构建网络环境下中小学教师校本培训体系时，把以教师专业发展为本，以学校为主要研究基地，以现代信息技术为手段，以新课程的学习和实施为抓手，把培训和教研活动紧密结合、溶为一体，探索校本培训的新模式作为目标；把以基础教育新课程改革为出发点，在总目标的框架下，结合学校的具体实际，以校园网络为依托，来确定相应的培训任务，以促进基础教育课程改革的顺利进行作为任务；培训内容因人而异、因校而异，力求综合化，强调实用性与实践性；就相关的网络环境下校本培训模式进行了归纳整理，就每种模式的基本内涵、实施步骤加以说明，并对其功能列表进行比较，以便使用时更好地选择；运用多元评价和多样化评价方式，采取定性和定量相结合、自评和互评相结合、学校整体和教师个人发展相结合等灵活多样的评价方法，认真地进行科学的全方位的评价；建立一个专门的机构进行组织与管理：建立组织机构，形成培训网络，进行整体规划，优化培训机制，注重资源开发，提供培训保障。

Through observation and study by participating in the interactiveness of teaching research, the paper finds that in the activities, there are great differences in teachers' participation, their own judgment and following the majority, agreement and criticism; and concludes that different forms of the teaching research interactiveness have different effects upon teachers' professional knowledge and skills in different aspects, such as sitting in on a class and appraising a class play the most important role in teachers' profession improvement; preparing lessons together lays particular emphasis on the general methods and skills of class teaching; communicating freely lays particular emphasis on the knowledge of teaching practice and skills; the study together of a teaching research group lays particular emphasis on the discussion of the teaching theory.

The ideal model includes the following aspects. In the perspective of evaluation"s intention, we should stress the motivation rather than rewards and punishment. In the evaluation"s atomosphere, we should invite teachers to paticipate in the evaluation process.In the perspective of evaluation subject, we should stand out the multiple roles of the evaluation subject,especially the nonaligned agencies. In the perspective of evaluation methods, we should apply not only the traditional methods, but also ethnics research method and other qualitative methods.
