There are some isoforms of PAPs showing inhibitory ability to virus infection in various organs and at different stages of development. Three different species of the protein can be isolated from leaves of pokeweed (PAP, PAPⅡ and PAPⅢ). Proteins were precipitated with 50-80% ammonium sulfate from leaves in spring, summer and autumn respectively. Proteins were purified on SP cation-exchange then on MQ anion-exchange and finally on MS cation-exchange or on MQ anion-exchange. We found that some new pokeweed antiviral proteins separated from these leaves were different from PAP, PAPⅡ and PAPⅢ.

对美洲商陆春季、夏季、秋季采集的叶片，用50-80％饱和度硫酸铵沉淀出来的蛋白样品，经过SP阳离子柱后，上MQ阴离子柱，然后把活性蛋白峰再上MS阳离子柱或MQ阴离子柱分离，从春季叶片中分离出四个不同的抗病毒蛋白峰；从夏季叶片中分离出二个不同的抗病毒蛋白峰，这两个蛋白峰与春季叶片中分离出的活性蛋白峰都能重叠上；但从秋季叶片中只分离出来一个抗病毒蛋白峰，它和春季、夏季叶片中分离出的活性蛋白峰都重叠不上。

Precipitation in Heilongjiang Province of China increased slightly from 1960 to 2000. Adopting the method proposed by Arthur N. Samel, we separated monsoon rainband rain and calculated the initial and final date of monsoon rainband of each year and each station.

The pattern of lunar cycle can be classified into three strategies:(1) Planulation of S. hystrix and P. damicornis showed clear lunar periodicity and the peak of larval release shifted with different months. The peak of planulation occurred around the full moon in winter then shifted gradually to the first quarter moon phase in summer. The phase shift of larval release may be related to the seasonal variation of seawater temperature and the sudden temperature drops caused by upwelling.(2) Planulation of S. pistillata showed clear lunar periodicity and the peak of larval release occurred around the full moon.

In this paper, the 3-D finite element relocating mesh method is used to calculate the temperature field and the thermal creep stress field of spillway dam and mid level outlet dam in certain roller compacted concrete gravity dam, sensitivity analysis have been down with different parameters, such as placing temperature, the location of cooling pipe, cooling temperature, time for water supply, ascended-layer of concrete, intermissive time and different placing time, and the commendatory construction scheme have been put forward in such analysis; according by the test result on the two scheme of concrete aggregate combination (basalt as coarse aggregate and limestone as fine aggregate, basalt as coarse aggregate and basalt as fine aggregate), simulation analysis on temperature field and thermal creep stress field of the commendatory construction scheme have been down, and analysis have also been down on temperature field and thermal stress field of the two different aggregate combination, the result indicates that the spillway dam and mid level outlet dam which adopted these two aggregate combination can both satisfy the require of design crack resistance in concrete, furthermore limestone as fine is better than basalt as fine aggregate; the effect of summer water storage and winter water storage on the temperature field and thermal stress field have been analyzed, comparing with winter water storage, in summer water storage scheme the maximum tensile stress at abnormal concrete in upstream fill is decreased by 0.1～0.3MPa and there are no evidence change of the maximum tensile stress at other parts, which indicate that summer water storage is avail for the crack resistance of upstream fill; according to the simulation calculating result and comparing temperature simulation calculating results and temperature controlling measures of some similarity projects both completed and construction, synthesis appraise have been carried to the design temperature controlling measures of dam, and the temperature controlling measures of this project have been brought forward, all these have great reference value on the design of temperature controlling measures and the optimization of the construction scheme.

本文采用三维有限元浮动网格法仿真计算程序，对某碾压混凝土重力坝的溢流坝段和中孔坝段分别进行了三维有限元温度场和温度徐变应力仿真计算分析，对浇筑温度、冷却水管的布置方式、冷却水温、通水时间、浇筑升程和间歇时间、不同开始浇筑日期等参数进行了敏感性分析，在此基础上提出了推荐的施工方案；根据两种骨料方案(玄武岩粗骨料+灰岩细骨料方案；玄武岩粗骨料+玄武岩细骨料方案)的混凝土性能试验研究成果，对推荐的施工方案进行了温度场和温度徐变应力仿真计算，并对比分析了两种不同骨料情况下的温度场和温度应力，结果表明溢流坝段及中孔坝段采用上述两种骨料均能满足混凝土的抗裂设计要求，且灰岩细骨料优于玄武岩细骨料；计算分析了夏季蓄水和冬季蓄水对坝体温度场和温度应力的影响，夏季蓄水方案与冬季蓄水方案相比，坝体上游变态混凝土区域最大拉应力小0.1～0.3MPa，其他部位最大拉应力无明显变化，夏季蓄水对坝体上游面混凝土的抗裂有利；根据仿真计算成果并通过比较国内一些已建和在建的类似工程的温度仿真计算成果及采取的温控措施，对大坝的设计温控措施进行了综合评价，并提出了该工程的温控措施，对温控设计和优化施工方案具有重要参考价值。

Seasonal variation of the distributions of microorganism in the root-zones of wetland plants (Phragmites australis, Zizania latifolia, Zizania latifolia etc.), the substrate layers of control SSPs, together with the effects of wastewater treatment were studied. The results are as follows: the numbers of microorganisms in the different plant root-zones were different; the purification effects were also different. The number of microorganisms in the substrate of the control plot becomes smaller with increasing depth. The numbers of bacteria in fall were higher than those in the summer for the three plant zones and the control, and the number of fungi and actinomyces in summer was much higher than that in the fall for control. As for fungi and actinomyces in the experimental systems, most of their difference between the summer and fall were not as big as that in the control.

通过对不同季节芦苇、茭白和香蒲等湿地系统植物根区、无植物对照基质微生物分布状况以及净化效果的研究，结果显示：（1）种植不同植物的湿地系统根区微生物数量不同，其湿地净化效果也不同；（2）对照系统微生物的数量随基质深度的增加而递减；（3）季节变化显示湿地系统秋季的细菌总数量比夏季高；但对照系统夏季的真菌和放线菌数量明显高于秋季；（4）湿地系统TP的去除率夏季高于秋季。

The results showed that obvious interdecadal variability of summer temperature was found,which was relevant to interdecadal variability of atmospheric circulation over the Asia.It also indicated that the important reason of summer temperature anomaly might be interdecadal variability of climate in Northern China.The circulation in mid-latitudes and high-latitudes in summer of 2003 took on two troughs and ridges,which was contrary to climate state of recent decades.The signs of climate shift were foreshowed in 2003 according to the characteristics of interdecadal variability.

结果表明：中国夏季气温变化有明显的年代际特征，这一特征与亚洲上空大气环流的年代际变化紧密相关，表明我国北方地区夏季气温异常一个很重要的原因或许是缘于气候年代际变化。2003年夏季中高纬环流形势呈两槽两脊的配置，与近十几年气候态分布刚好相反，因而从气候年代际变化的特征来看，2003年为预示年代际气候转型的征兆。

The Somali jet is rapidly enhanced two pentads prior to the onset of SCSSM, thus accelerating the eastward extension of the westerly over the Bay of Bengal and leading to the eastward retreat of the western Pacific subtropical high . At the same time, the rapid enhancement of SCS CEF can also result in the northward march of WPSH and the onset of SCSSM. The earlier establishment and stronger southerlies correspond to the earlier onset time of SCSSM, and vice versa. Both composite and correlation analyses show that the 150hPa Asia-Australia CEF in boreal spring has important influences on EASM.
