It was found that the bioaccumulation of Ct on Spirulina platensis involved two steps:rapid adsorption and slow absorption. Chromic compounds with weaker chemical bond had higher bioaccumulation efficiency. Under the same algal cell concentration, Crbioaceumulation rosed up with Crconcentration. On the other hand, with Cr concentration not changed, the total bioaccumulation of Cr on Spirulina platensis increased with algal cell concentration, but the Cr bioaceumu lation on unit algae reduced.

发现螺旋藻对Cr的生物富集主要经历了快速的吸附和缓慢的吸收两个步骤；化学键较弱的Cr化合物具有较高的富集效率；藻细胞浓度一定时，随着Cr浓度的增加，单位重量螺旋藻对Cr的富集量不断增加，最后趋于饱和；当Cr浓度一定时，随着藻细胞浓度的增加，螺旋藻对Cr的总富集量逐渐增加而单位重量藻体的富集量减少。

随着时效时间的增加，Mg17Al12相以细粒状从过饱和的镁基体中析出；而Al2Ca相比较稳定，其数量和形状变化极小。固溶处理后，合金硬度和拉伸强度有所下降；时效处理后，合金硬度增加到峰值后下降，拉伸强度略有升高。固溶、时效处理后轧制AM50和AM50+1Ca镁合金的塑性有所增加；而轧制AM50+2Ca镁合金固溶后塑性有所增加，时效后塑性有所下降。

Results: Mixed the 25 human serum , each subpackage 8 and sealed, take three put in -20 ℃low-temperature refrigerator, five were placed in 4 ℃ refrigerator. Determined the apoA1, apoB content which put in 4 ℃ refrigerator in1, 3,5,7,14 and 28 days, the measured values of apoA1, apoB are increased, apoB compared with apoA1 increased significantly; then measured 1, 5,7,14 and 28-day stored in -20 ℃ refrigerator, temperated apoA1 , apoB levels, apoA1 determination results more stable, slightly increased, but not obvious; he increasing trend of apoB is more evident.

结果：将25份血清混合后每份分装8管密封，取3管放-20℃的低温冰箱保存，5份放入4℃冰箱保存，测定当天及第3、5、7、14、28天存放在4℃冰箱中的apoA1、apoB的含量，apoA1、apoB的测定值均增加，apoB比apoA1增加明显；测定当天及第5、7、14、28天存放在-20℃低温冰箱中的apoA1、apoB的含量，apoA1测定结果较稳定，稍有增加，但并不明显；apoB的增加趋势则较为明显。

The result indicated that we can get stable homopolymer and copolymer emulsion with uniform size distribution, when the ratio of sodium polyether sulfovinate modified polysiloxane to sodium lauryl sulfate was two, the quantity of the emulsifiers ranged from 6% to 8%, the quantity of initiator ranged from 0.4% to 0.8%, the stirring speed ranged from 200rpm to 250rpm, the polymerization temperature was 80 centigrade degree. As for the copolymer emulsion, the more the TRIS content in the monomers, the larger the water contact angle of their films became, namely, the surface energy of the copolymer films increased with the TRIS content in the monomers. In addition, the glass-transition temperature of the copolymers ranged from high temperature region to low temperature region with the increasing of TRIS content in the monomers.

结果表明：当乳化剂用量在6%～8%、改性乳化剂与十二烷基硫酸钠复配比为2：1、引发剂用量在0.4～0.8%、聚合温度为80℃、搅拌速度在200～250rpm时，得到的均聚物和共聚物乳液稳定，而且粒径分布均匀；对于共聚物乳液来说，随着单体中TRIS含量的增加，所得聚合物膜的水滴接触角增加，即其表面能增加：另外，随着共聚单体中TRIS含量的增加，共聚物的玻璃化转变温度从PMMA的Tg的高温区向PTRIS的Tg的低温区移动。

Conclusions1、E_2 may induce the apoptosis and Fas,FasL expressions of Jurkat cell,its effect positively related to the dose and treating time of E_2.2、There is intrinsic co-expression of ERαand ERβon Jurkat cell,which can be upregulated by E_2,positively related to E_2 doses.3、E_2 may act as an apoptosis inducer of Jurkat cell via ERβ.4、E_2 can promote the transcriptive activity of NF-κB in Jurkat cell.The increased NF-κB activity may lead to increased apoptosis of Jurkat cell.

结论1、E_2可增加Jurkat细胞的凋亡，并增加Fas、FasL的蛋白表达，且其作用与E_2的剂量和处理时间呈正相关。2、Jurkat细胞上存在ERα、ERβ的表达，且E_2可上调这两种受体的表达，E_2剂量越大，ER表达量越高。3、E_2可能通过ERβ发挥其促进Jurkat细胞凋亡的作用。4、E_2能增加Jurkat细胞中NF-κB的转录活性，Jurkat细胞中NF-κB活性增加有促进凋亡的作用。

The results showed that elevated CO2 increased the R/S ratio and the dry mass of both coarse and fine roots, indicating that the seedlings under elevated CO2 allocated more biomass to their belowground part. Compared with control, elevated CO2 increased the contents of reducing sugar, sucrose, and total soluble sugar in coarse roots significantly, but had less effect on those in fine roots. Elevated CO2 increased the contents of starch and total non-structural carbohydrate both in coarse roots and in fine roots. Under elevated CO2, the carbon content in coarse and fine roots had an unsignificant increasing trend, while the nitrogen content decreased significantly, which resulted in an increase of C/N ratio.
