主要研究结果及结论如下：随着Al/Li的增加，聚丁二烯的反式结构含量从50%增加到89%；聚异戊二烯的反式-1，4-结构含量从24%增加到46%，并且其3，4结构含量也有所增加；聚苯乙烯的微观结构基本没有变化，为无规聚苯乙烯。

The main peaks of the EEG power spectra were in delta and theta frequency range. In the stage of ethanol exposure, the rats exhibited much more act of attack than the control, the alpha waves of EEG decreased, while the delta waves increased. The EEG power spectra analysis showed the delta power increased and the theta power decreased. In the stage of ethanol withdrawal, the rats showed some withdrawal behaviors such as wet dog shakes, sniffing, groomingand tonic-clonic seizures for audiogenic stimulus. Spikes and spike-slow waves were found in the EEG. In power spectra analysis, the delta power decreased while the alpha and the theta power increased, the EEG frequency band moved to the high-frequency rang. These changes were found obviously on the sixth day and disappeared on the 1 Oth day after the ethanol was removed.

本研究发现：1、对照组大鼠行为无异常，伏核EEG以α节律为主，散在出现δ和θ节律；功率主峰在δ和θ频段范围，整个过程中未发现手术对伏核EEG及脑电功率谱有影响。2、在慢性饮酒过程中，大鼠攻击性行为增加，伏核 EEG的α节律明显减少，散在出现的高幅慢活动δ波逐渐增多，功率谱分析表明δ频段功率百分比明显增加，而θ频段功率百分比明显减少，总功率减少。3、停饮后，大鼠出现湿狗样抖动、打喷嚏等撤药综合症，并且高频声音刺激能引发惊厥；伏核EEG出现棘波和棘慢综合波，并持续增多，功率谱分析显示δ频段功率百分比 5 南京医科大学硕士学位论文逐渐减少，而0和以频段功率百分比逐渐增加，总功率增加。

The study showed the recombinant wt/mCREG protein depressed the VSMC proliferation depending on dose and the optimal concentration was 400nM;2biologic function of CREG protein and the membrance receptor mechanism:①effect on VSMC migration: the wound healing experiment showed the OB2 cells migration was slower significantly after added wt/mCREG(400Nm) in supernatant. The HITASY cells migration were very slowly and no remarkable change. The gelatinase digestion and Western blot analysis showed the matrix metalloproteinase was decreased and TIMPs was increased;②effect on differentiation: after added wt/mCREG(400nM), the expression of myocardin, SMα-actin, MHC and caldesmin were increased and that of LM-1 and FN were decreased in OB2 cells. These effects were more significant when adding wtCREG.;③effect on VSMC proliferation: Cell cycle assay and BrDU stain showed: after added the wtCREG and mCREG protein, the ratio of cell in G0/G1 phase increased to 0.5773 and 0.5572 from 0.5308 respectively in OB2 group, which increased to 0.7369 and 0.7034 respectively from 0.6297 in HITASY group;3Role of M6P/IGF2R in CREG biologic function:①ELISA and co-immunoprecipitation showed the wt/mCREG binding to M6P/IGF2R directly.②antibody blocking test: when the anti-IGF2R was added to medium at the same time with wt/mCREG at different concentration(2μg/mL、4μg/mL、8μg/mL),the effects of CREG protein which depressing proliferation, migration, secretion and promoting differentiation were blocked, which had the positive correlation to the concentration of added anti body. The studies showed two combinant CREG promoted VSMC switch to differentiation phaenotype, at the same time, depress VSMC proliferation, migration and secreting extracellular matrix.

上述实验结果证实：两种重组CREG蛋白对VSMC增殖均有剂量依赖性的抑制作用，并且相同浓度的糖基化的CREG蛋白对细胞增殖的抑制效应更为显著，最佳效应浓度为400nM；2两种重组CREG蛋白添加后对HITASY和OB2细胞生物学行为的影响：①CREG蛋白对VSMC迁移的影响：刮伤实验发现，加入最佳效应浓度的wtCREG和mCREG蛋白24h后，OB2组迁移能力下降，HITASY组无明显变化；细胞外基质金属蛋白酶-2，9(Matrix metallo-proteinase 2，9，MMP2 ，9)明胶酶电泳检测和Western blot检测结果证实，两种CREG蛋白均可以使OB2细胞合成细胞外基质MMP2，9减少，而组织金属蛋白酶抑制物(Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinases，TIMPs)增加；②CREG蛋白对VSMC分化的影响：加入400nM的wtCREG和mCREG蛋白12h后，OB2细胞myocardin、SMα-actin、MHC、caldesmin表达增加，LM-1、FN表达减少；③流式细胞仪分析细胞周期和BrDU染色分析证实，加入400nM的wtCREG和mCREG蛋白后，OB2组G0/G1期细胞由0.5308分别增加至0.5773和0.5572，HITASY组G0/G1期细胞由0.6297分别增加至0.7369和0.7034；3M6P/IGF2R在重组CREG蛋白的生物学功能中的调控作用：①免疫共沉淀和免疫荧光双染色分析结果显示，CREG蛋白与M6P/IGF2R存在直接结合；②应用抗体阻断实验：将不同浓度的anti- M6P/IGF2R(2、4、8μg /mL)与两种CREG蛋白同时加入培养液中，CREG蛋白抑制VSMC增值、迁移和合成细胞外基质、促进分化的效应减弱，而且与加入anti- M6P/IGF2R浓度正相关。

The ability of maintaining turgor pressure, osmotic adjustment,capable of preserving and endurance of water separation capability were increased under elevated CO_2 concentrations,whereas the resistance of water separation capability decreased.Theε~max increased in normal water condition of Acer truncatum under 720μmol·mol~(-1)CO_2,and cytoderm more hardness and less elasticity.But in circle 3,ε~ decreased in light and middle drought conditions and increased in serious drought condition.(5) The branch 0,branch 1 and branch 2 of hydraulic conductivity of 7 trees increased along elevated CO_2 concentration.

随着CO_2浓度的增加，RWC~0/RWC_s下降，Ψ~0π和Ψ~(100)π在循环1时先增加后下降，一直持续到循环3，高CO_2浓度下元宝枫维持膨压的能力增强，渗透调节和自身保护能力，以及忍耐脱水能力虽然增加，但是抗脱水能力却减弱了，不能同时兼得。720μmol·mol~(-1)CO_2元宝枫ε~在水分条件较好时增加，细胞壁较坚硬，弹性小，但是到循环3时，ε~在轻度干旱和中度干旱时下降，到后期水分严重胁迫时却升高。

Some factors to influence the silicon content of hot metal were proposed on the basis of the experiment in the lab: increasing the binary basicity is favorable to desiliconization; the oxide in slag debases the silicon activity and is of great advantage to desiliconization; Al2O3 and SiO2 are disadvantageous to desiliconization, the volatilization content of SiO2 in coke increases with increasing smelting temperature, leading to increase the silicon content of hot metal; the silicon content of hot metal increases with increasing the drip zone's altitude.

在实验室进行了降低铁水中硅含量的实验，得到了铁水中硅含量的影响因素：提高二元碱度有利于降硅；增加渣中氧化物可降低SiO2的活度有利于降硅；Al2O3和SiO2不利于降硅；冶炼时焦炭中SiO2的挥发量随温度的升高而增多，使铁水中硅含量增加；随着滴落带高度的增加，铁水中硅含量不断增加。

After the oxidative polymerization of DMP,styrene was in-situ polymerized under the initiation of dibenzoyl peroxide and dicumyl peroxide,finally thermodynamically compatible PPO/PS alloy was prepared.When styrene content was 50 wt%,for the synthesized PPO/PS alloy the yield and the weight-average molecular weight were determined to be 95%and 1.7×10~5 for PPO,93%and 2.0×10~5 for PS,respectively.The influence of the concentration of DMP and catalyst,molar ratio of N/Cu, oxygen partial pressure,NaOH concentration and temperature on the initial polymerization rate(R_0) of DMP was studied.It was found that the initial polymerization rate of DMP increased with the concentration of DMP and catalyst. The initial polymerization rate increased with the molar ratio of N/Cu at first and then decreased.

通过测定DMP氧化聚合过程中氧气吸收量随时间的变化，研究了DMP和催化剂浓度、N/Cu摩尔比、氧气分压、氢氧化钠浓度及温度对水介质中DMP氧化聚合初始速率的影响，发现DMP氧化聚合初始速率与氧气分压的0.1次方成正比；DMP氧化聚合初始速率随DMP和催化剂浓度及温度的增加而增加；随氢氧化钠浓度和N/Cu摩尔比的增加DMP氧化聚合初始速率先增加后降低。

During the whole course of the dynamitic development and evolvement of redox zones, concentrations of TOC, sulfide, NH+4-N, HCO-3, CO2 and Fe2+ increased with time and decreased with distance; concentrations of NO-3 and DO decreased with time and increased with distance; SO2-4 concentration decreased first and then increased over time; but decreased with distance.

At the BCL of 500ms, 1000ms and 2000ms,the VWtimes increased markedly with the BCL prolonging, and the degree of increasing was even obviously when heart rate was slow (BCL=2000ms or 1000ms). The enlargement of VWs was a most important reason to increase the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias; 2）At the BCL of 500ms, 1000ms or 2000ms,the VWtimes of the premature stimulates S2 was at endomembrane were wider than at the outermembrane. We supposed that premature stimulates come from endomembrane was easier inducing VF compared with outermembrane;3The VWtime of unidirectional block was wider than reentry's, we can see that reporlarization dispersion changed dynamicly. 4The QRS polar of the premature stimulates was opposite the primary beats ,which suggesting that excitation of inducing premature beats was coming from epicardial. That is to say electrotonic potential take part in the creation of reentry;5With the ratio of the Tp-e/QT increasing the occurrence of VF was upgrading. So the ratio was an effective method to estimate the event of SCD.6 The VWtimes of S3 were broaden than S2's. But we can not study penetratingly, which is the contents of our future studies.

在BCL为500ms、 1000ms和2000ms刺激条件下，随着刺激周长的增加单向传导阻滞时间易损窗呈增大趋势；并且在心率较慢时(BCL为2000ms和1000ms)增大最明显，是LQTS患者室性心律失常发生率增加的原因之一；2）在BCL为500ms、 1000ms和2000ms刺激条件下，S2位于内膜侧时时间易损窗大于在外膜侧时的，推测来自于内膜侧的期前刺激易于诱发室性心律失常；3）折返激动时间易损窗小于在单向传导阻滞时间易损窗，折返易发生于S2刚进入单向传导阻滞区间时，这说明复极梯度的不均一是动态变化的；4心电图上倒置QRS波与正常S1刺激所引起QRS波极性相反，提示不同位置S2刺激引发的室性早搏的兴奋均来自于外膜侧，说明了电紧张电位扩布参与了折返的产生；5）Tp－e/QT可以反应跨膜复极离散度，随着Tp－e/QT比值的增加PVT的发生增多，其可以用来预测室性心律失常的发生。6）随着期前刺激数目的增加时间易损窗增大。
