We explore these questions in Legume model system, Lotus japonicus. Compared with model plants Antirrhinum and Arabidopsis, floral pattern formation of Lotus japonicus is different in several aspects. Floral organs initiate in an order of sepals, carpel, petals, stamens. Within each whorl, organs initiate unidirectionally from ventral side to dorsal side. Initiation of organs in different whorl overlaps. Stamens exist in both 2nd whorl and 3rd whorl, and 2nd whorl is heterogeneous for the existence of different identity organs .

与模式植物金鱼草和拟南芥相比，豆科模式植物百脉根的花模式建成有其特殊性：一、花器官从腹部向背部单向起始；二、器官起始顺序是萼片—心皮—花瓣—雄蕊；三、不同轮的器官起始时间相互重叠；四、相同属性的器官出现在不同轮中；五、第二轮不均一，出现不同属性的花器官；六、花瓣和雄蕊不单独起始，而是经过了短暂的花瓣—雄蕊共同原基的阶段。

The results are showed as follows:(1) The distribution and fractionation of the DREE in the small basin water in southern Jiangxi province reflect the character of the the weathering source, while the reports of main rivers in the world are probably the the result of mixing and uniforming of many distributaries.

获得以下几点认识：(1)赣南小流域水体中DREE的分布分异特征，主要反映了源区的风化特征。可以推测目前已报道的一些大的河流中DREE的分布分异特征则是河流混合过程中均一化的结果。

Under the scanning electron microscope , for the first time we compare and study both the coalified tracheids through chemical maceration and permineralized tracheid lumen casts. This method reveals the microstructures of wall and perforations of G-type tracheids: 1 The lignified layer of secondary wall is composed of uneven material and further divided into S〓, S〓, S〓 layers; with the smooth enclosing wall, the perforation is internally dumbbell-shaped; 2 In Huia gracilis, the enclosing wall of tracheidal perforation contracts and possesses secondary perforations. The perforation has thickened border facing the tracheid lumen.

本文首次在扫描电子显微镜下对比研究经化学浸解获得的碳质管胞和矿化的管胞腔铸体，明确揭示出了G-型管胞壁层和穿孔的显微结构：1）Hsüa reflexa次生壁木质化层的组成不均一，分为S〓、S〓和S〓层；穿孔腔为哑铃形，腔壁光滑；2）Huia gracilis的穿孔腔收缩，腔壁上发育次级穿孔，孔口具有边缘加厚。

As a result of case study in Haidian district, Beijing, the accuracy rate of vegetation fraction estimation by using "dense vegetation model" and "nondense vegetation model" synchronously based on land cove classification is obtained about 75.4%, which is 5.8% higher than that of using "dense vegetation model" only.

根据TM像元为非均一混合像元的特点，提出了基于土地覆盖分类的综合运用"等密度模型"和"非密度模型"计算植被覆盖率的方法，通过对北京市海淀市区的植被覆盖率计算表明，该方法的估算精度可达75.4%，比单纯使用等密度亚像元模型在估算精度上可提高5.8%。

The conclusions can be drawn as the following:(1) According to the theoretical calculation, the porous C/C preforms with uniform pores radius from 10 μ m to 1300 μ m are beneficial to infiltration of liquid silicon. The growth of SiC was controlled by the self-diffusion of carbon atoms.

研究结果表明：(1)根据理论计算可知，在10μm～1300μm的孔径范围内，具有均一孔径的多孔体有利于液Si的渗入，SiC的生长为C原子的自扩散控制。

Initial adherenced cells mostly are round or short fusiform. Division growth of adherenced cells was shown 72 hours after fully changing suspension(.2)Flow cytometry analysis of the adherenced MSCs indicated good homogenicity of passage cells. More than 95% CD34- and CD44+ demonstrated the cells we get were purified MSCs.

2对贴壁生长的MSCs进行流式细胞仪检测，提示传代的细胞均一性较好，表面抗原CD34表达阴性，CD44表达阳性的细胞均在95%以上，说明得到的是比较纯化的MSCs。

转VEGF基因软骨细胞作为组织工程的种子细胞与pluronic F-127复合后可于裸鼠体内形成转基因组织工程软骨，与对照组相比，转VEGF基因组织工程软骨具良好的生物学特性，结构均一且与正常软骨组织相似，软骨ECM的GAG、COLⅡ、COLⅩ增多，RunX2、Sox9表达增高，细胞处于增生期的肥大状态，初步分析其原因可能是转染后外源性的VEGF持续表达触发了软骨细胞VEGF自分泌，并通过VEGFR-2作用于软骨细胞，提高了软骨细胞活性，促进其存活与增殖，但未在软骨组织内引起血管内皮细胞的迁移及小血管形成。
