RESULTS It was discovered that the combined transfer of the galea aponeurotica and temporal fascia was rich in blood circulation because they received blood supply from parietal branch of superficial temporal artery and could be transferred to a distance as far as 15-18 cm.

He received total excision of tumor mass, and the nasal defect was restored with a full-thickness skin graft from the left supra-clavicle region. Thirteen months follow-up, the patient was satisfied with the surgical result.

Objective To investigate the application of anterolateral thigh fasciocutaneous flap on abdominal chronic ulcer,and provide evidence for its clinical use. Methods From Oct 2005 to Dec 2008,5patients with abdominal ulcer caused by different reasons were repaired with anterolateral thigh fasciocutaneous flap, the flap pedicled with rami descenden of lateral circumflex femoral artery was designed according to the size of abdominal defect,the vessel pedicle was dissociated adequately, the flap was transferred to the abdominal wound under appropriate tension through tunnel, the donor site was sutured directly or repaired with skin-grafting. Results The anterolateral thigh fasciocutaneous flap survived well in all 5 patients,there were no other complication such as skin necrosis.

目的：探讨股前外侧皮瓣在下腹部慢性溃疡中的作用，为其临床应用提供依据；方法：2005年10月～2008年12月间，对5例不同原因引起的下腹部慢性溃疡患者进行修复，术前根据腹部组织缺损的大小设计以旋股外侧动脉降支为血管蒂的岛状股前外侧皮瓣，充分游离血管蒂部，在合适张力下经过皮下或开放隧道将皮瓣带蒂转移至下腹部创面，供区直接缝合或植皮修复。

The subcrustal empyema vanished. All the wounds healed as expected. 2 cases with 3rd degree wound healed after skin grafting. 14 cases with deep 2nd degree wound had skin pigment faded (70%). Hyperplastic scar formation rate was 25.0%(%/20). Third degree wounds healed with superficial type scar.

结果：创面形成的药痂或污物溶解迅速，易於清除，痂下积脓消失；各种类型的创面均能在预期内愈合；其中2例Ⅲ度创面经植皮治疗愈合；深Ⅱ度皮肤色素减退者14例(70%)，瘢痕增生率为25.0%(5/20)；Ⅲ度创面均留有浅表型瘢痕。

Methods The split thickness skin grafts were harvested from avulsed skin by using dermatone of drum type, and the mesh flaps were back grafted for 92 cases with skin avulsion, and 147 cases were treated with back grafted of full-thickness skin grafts.

应用鼓式取皮机反取中厚皮回植治疗92例，反取全厚皮回植治疗147例，对两组病例的回植成活情况进行对照研究。结果在撕脱面积不大时两组间成功率差异不明显，在撕脱皮肤面积较大时，反取中厚皮回植组成功

Methods The operation was divided into two stages. In the first stage, the expander was implanted behind the ear, and was expanded. In the second stage, with autogenous costal cartilage or medpor materials, curve suitable framework, implant and suture it with remnant costal cartilage,overlap it by fascial flap behind the ear and expanded skin flap. 手术分2期进行，Ⅰ期在耳后埋置扩张器并进行扩张；Ⅱ期手术以自体肋软骨或Medpor材料为支架，雕刻合适大小的支架，植入后与患侧耳残余软骨缝合，用耳后筋膜瓣和扩张皮肤覆盖支架，耳后区植皮。

RESULTS: Transplanted AS had a favorable fusion between tissue-engineered skin and self-skin on the 3rd day after grafting with a few of ingrowths of capillaries.

结果：AS组在移植第3天，移植的组织工程皮肤与自体皮肤能够很好地融合，有少量毛细血管长入移植物，皮肤移植物颜色与自体皮肤颜色接近；随着时间的延长，移植物中毛细血管的数量逐渐增多，表皮层清晰可见基底层、棘细胞层、颗粒层和角质层，角化现象加强，有角化物脱落；真皮层细胞数量增多，网架逐渐降解，分泌的细胞外基质成份增多；第14天，创面基本愈合；修复区皮肤颜色与正常皮肤颜色非常接近，瘢痕很小，无需进行二次植皮。
