喷口

A large range of IRZ and intense fluctuating velocity area around the boundary of IRZ is measured and thought to be important to keep the excellent ignition and combustion characters of the new kind swirl burner. Together with temperature trace method, different structure and operation parameter of the burner are studied in this paper about their effects on turbulent and mixing characters of swirling jet. The structure variation includes different blade angle, use of central gear shape baffle, variable outer length and angle of lean primary air outlet, use of wedge outlet of lean primary air.

采用上述两种测量方法并结合热质比拟温度示踪的方法，本文对径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器喷口结构和气流流动参数的变化对旋流流场的流动、混合、湍流脉动特性的影响进行了深入研究，研究了旋流叶片倾角大小、中心齿型扩锥、淡一次风扩口外伸长度和扩角的变化、淡一次风楔形扩口、直流二次风扩口角度的变化对出口旋转射流流动特性的影响，研究了一次风率和旋流二次风率运行参数变化的影响规律。

The results show that the discharge and cooling stages of sparkjet were simulated by computational method. The instance energy input can produce the condition of high pressure and temperature in the actuator, which induce the forming of synthetic jet. With the increment of the input energy, the velocity of the synthetic jet could be increased to the supersonic state. Under the periodic energy input, the distribution of the sparkjet velocity on the nozzle is non-sinusoidal. And the discharge velocity of jet is much larger than the suction velocity of the flow from environment.

计算结果表明：采用本文的计算方法可以模拟出火花型激励器喷射、吸入的工作阶段；电火花瞬间能量的输入产生了腔体内的高温、高压环境，从而诱发合成射流的形成；当激励能量增加，激励器产生的合成射流速度增加，可达到超声速状态；周期性激励下，火花型合成喷喷口处的轴向平均速度随时间不是正弦分布，且喷射过程的最大速度要远远大于吸收过程的最大速度。

5The distribution patterns of rare earth element compositions in the hydrothermal components are similar to that of pacific seawater. This infers the complex and significant interactions of hydrothermal fluid with surrounding seawater during its diffusing process. Dissolved trace metals in the hydrothermal fluid can be removed by settling terrigenous or biogenic particulates and precipitated quickly from the hydrothermal plume round the vent. On the other hand, hydrothermal particulates would also scavenge some elements from the seawater to coprecipitate into the sediments.

5岩芯沉积物中热液源组分携带的稀土元素组成具有类似海水的分布模式，反映了热液流体喷出海底后与其它物源物质之间的复杂的相互作用：一方面大量生物和陆源碎屑物质的快速沉积导致溶解态的热液源物质被快速清扫，无法向外扩散，快速堆积在热液喷口附近；另一方面，随热液羽状体向外扩散的颗粒态热液源物质也清扫海水中的元素共同进入沉积物。

Experimental investigations on pulsant behaviors of particle flow were carried out on a two-dimensional spouted bed using PIV.

On the basis of the masteries for the aluminum oxide ore pulp drying and calcination, a mathematical model was developed for simulating the process of heat transfer and the calcination of two-phase flow in a new type furnace designed by Zhongzhou Branch Company, China Aluminium Corporation Limited. The fields of velocity, temperature and pressure of the two-phase flow and the reaction time were gained by optimizing calculation under the condition of different operational parameters and geometric parameters. The effect of vent position velocity and atomization particle diameter on the drying and calcination technology of aluminum oxide ore pulp was discussed.

在了解氧化铝矿浆干燥、烧成工艺及设备的基础上，针对中国铝业股份有限公司中州分公司开发的一种新的氧化铝矿浆干燥和烧成炉，建立了矿浆干燥、烧成炉内气固两相流的流动传热以及烧成过程的数学模型，就干燥、烧成炉运行参数及各几何参数进行优化计算，得出了炉内气固两相流动的速度场、温度场、压力场以及颗粒干燥和烧成反应时间，并分析讨论了喷口位置、喷口速度、颗粒雾化粒径等参数对氧化铝矿浆干燥、烧成工艺的影响。
