喷口

A method for designing the perimeter air deflectable deposited combustor combining advantages and disadvantages of perimeter air, side air and blunt technique was proposed to solve problems of primary air fire carrying, high temperature erosion, slagging and low load flame instability in the large scale power plant boiler.

针对大型电站锅炉存在一次风喷口带火、高温腐蚀、水冷壁结渣、要求低负荷稳燃等问题，结合周界风、侧边风、钝体技术在不同方面的优缺点，提出了偏置周界风燃烧器设计方法。

The numerical experimental result indicated that perimeter air deflectable deposited burner could ensure the flame stability, prevent spout fire carrying and promote low pollutant emission combustion.

结果表明偏置周界风燃烧器在保证煤粉气流着火稳定性同时，具备较强的防止喷口带火能力及低NOx燃烧能力，并能够保证了水冷壁附近处于相对较高的氧化性氛围，从而解决水冷壁高温腐蚀、结渣等问题。

Then, a series of successful numerical simulations on the finite length inclined positively buoyant jets in uniform cross flows environment are developed. Based on the results from numerical simulations, some qualitative pictures of the complex three -dimensional mean flows are given. In terms of these pictures, the flowing behavior of the buoyant jets and the mechanism of end-vortexes generation are made a study. The change rules of end-vortexes and temperature and dilution on trajectory of jets, horse-hoof shape of buoyant jets on horizontal, the phenomenon of the jets touch wall, and the effects of diffuser length^ densimetric Foroude number % velocity ratio on buoyant jets are also given.

之后对均匀横流环境中的有限长线源型倾斜浮力射流进行了大量的数值计算，根据数值模拟的结果，绘出了一些复杂的三维图，据此探讨了其流动特性及端涡的产生机理，成功模拟了端涡现象及其发展过程，对轨迹线上沿程温度及稀释度的变化规律，倾斜浮力射流的马蹄形结构，浮力射流的贴壁现象，扩散器长度、喷口弗汝德数、流速比等对浮力射流的影响等问题均给出了有价值的结论。

针对锌精馏炉炉膛各检测点反映出的其上部温度偏高，下部温度偏低，上下温度偏差过大的实际问题，采用现场多点温度测试，结合炉膛内流场、浓度场、释热场和温度场数值仿真的方法对韶关冶炼厂二精馏系统进行研究；利用仿真结果中的流场扣浓度场数据，统计出实测中无法得到的各次空气和煤气在南1号至南4号各喷口的流量。

It can be concluded that, when the jet is injected at positive angles, the initial section of the jet increases and the region affected by the jet decreases in the vertical direction; moreover, the circumfluence toward the jet exit becomes more obvious, and the separation events in the lee of the jet weaken. When the jet is injected at negative injection angles, it disarranges the flow upstream and the curvature of jet trajectories varies smartly along the flow direction.

结果表明：射流正向倾斜入射时，射流起始段增加，在垂直方向对主流场的影响区域减小，射流喷口上游位置处的&孔吸流动&更为明显，射流出口下游背风侧的分离现象逐渐减弱；射流反向倾斜入射，对上游流场的扰动增加，射流在弯曲段内曲率变化大。
