The major HRCT findings were presented with soft tissue mass in 89 middle ears(100%),the destruction of temporal bone including enlargment of the tympanic cavity 89 ears(100%),tympano scutum 55 ears(61.80%),ossicular chain 82 ears(92.13%),facial nerve cannal 54 ears(60.67%),semicircular canal 18 ears(20.22%),external auditory canal 10 ears(11.24%),tympanic tegmen 15 ears(16.85%),vestibular 1 ear(1.12%),cochlea 1 ear(1.12%) and sigmoid sinus plate 7 ears(7.86%).

HRCT表现：中耳腔扩伴软组织团块89耳(100%)，盾板破坏55耳(61.80%)，听小骨破坏82耳(92.13%)，面神经骨管破坏54耳(60.67%)，半规管破坏18耳(20.22%)，外耳道骨质破坏10耳(11.24%)，鼓室盖破坏15耳(16.85%)，前庭及耳蜗破坏各1耳(1.12%)，乙状窦周围骨质破坏7耳(7.86%)。

METHODS 52 cases (56 ears) with different degrees of injuries of temporal bone were involved in the study. The chief complaints included otorrhagia, facial paralysis, hearing loss and vertigo. All patients were examined by HRCT with 1, 1.5 or 2.0 mm thick slices. Axial scans were overlapped when ossicular chain disruption was suspected.

收集颞骨骨折52（男45，女7）例56耳，主要临床症状有耳道流血、面瘫、听力障碍、旋晕，所有患者行1.0，1.5或2.0 mm层厚HRCT扫描，对疑有听骨链损伤者在听小骨区行重叠扫描。

Middle ear cholesteatoma is destructive to auditory ossicles and temporal bone, and treatment usually includes surgical removal of all epithelial content in the tympanomastoid cavity.

中耳胆脂瘤在临床上对於听小骨和颞骨具有相当的侵蚀性，而治疗上通常必须以手术清除中耳腔所有的上皮成份。

Results: Both MIP and SSD 3D images could direct display the shape, size and correlation of malleus and incus, the incus-stapedial joint was like"L-shape" structure, but it was difficult to exhibit the footplate, anterior and posterior crura of stepes.Cholesteatomas was found in 12 cases with chronic otitis media, that 3D images exhibited varying degrees of destruction of the auditory ossides, and the display ability of SSD 3D image was slightly better than that of MIP 3D image.

结果：MIP和SSD 3D重建都能直观地观察锤、砧骨的形态、大小及相互关系，砧镫关节呈&L&形，镫骨前后脚及底板显示欠佳。18例中耳炎患者中12例胆脂瘤形成，3D重建显示有不同程度的听小骨破坏，SSD 3D的显示效果略好于MIP 3D。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. 供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
