The controller receives, analyzes and processes the command input by operator via the man-machine interface, to adjust and control the controllable light signal generator according to the analysis processing result and the spectrum result checked by the light checker, the controller outputs the adjustment and result via the man-machine interface to the operator, to output light signal for the result of adjustment and control on the controllable light signal generator, via the light coupler to be coupled partly and feedback to the light checker to be checked, thereby forming a closed-circuit, while the light signal coupled to the light output via the light coupler reaches user target spectrum demand.

本发明公开了一种实现光信噪比可调节的光信号源装置及控制方法，所述装置包括：控制器、人机接口、可控光信号发生器、光耦合器、光信号检测器、光信号输出口；控制器接收操作者输入给人机接口的指令并分析和处理，运用分析处理结果、并结合光检测器检测的光谱结果数据来调节和控制可控光信号发生器，控制器将调节过程和调节结果通过人机接口输出给操作者，对可控光信号发生器调节和控制的结果输出光信号通过光耦合器耦合一部分又反馈给光检测器检测，这样形成一个闭环控制，使得通过光耦合器耦合到光输出口的光信号达到用户目标光谱要求。

This paper determines the design idea of combining VISC with structural optimization design. Problems which existed in structural optimization design are analyzed and contents of optimization process are determined. Calling and dominating calculation program written in FORTRAN in the development environment of Delphi are realized by the techniques of FORTRAN/Delphi mixed-language programming and multi-threaded application. Parallel coordinates visualization technology is deeply researched and applied in software exploitation of optimization process. Essential programs of VISC software are compiled. Approaches which can improve efficiency of optimization are discussed. In the end, functional modules are integrated and a typical computational example is verified.

本文通过对结构优化设计和科学可视化的研究，确立了天线结构优化设计与科学计算可视化技术紧密结合的思路；根据天线结构优化设计的特点，针对优化设计中存在的问题，对系统结构优化的总体框架进行了分析和论述，确定了优化过程可视化的具体内容；通过FORTRAN与Delphi的混合语言编程实现了在Delphi环境下对FORTRAN计算程序的调控，充分利用了原有FORTRAN程序资源；对平行坐标技术进行深入研究，并将其应用于优化过程可视化模块的软件开发中，实现多维数据空间的可视化；编写优化计算过程可视化软件的核心程序；探讨了提高优化效率的途径；对基于可视化的天线结构优化设计软件系统进行集成，针对某天线进行了算例验证。

This new platform, considering the relationship among teaching, learning and managing, solving the conflict of resources share and intelligence prosperity, adopting latest theory on learning and mature technology, has more advantages than the existing platform. Firstly, it integrates the advantages of Internet and Satellite communication system and achieves the seamless connection. Secondly, it adopts the coding technology of streaming media with MEPG-4, which makes it possible that the on-line instruction, the schedular broadcast instruction and the distributed course ware on demand can be broadcast on the two networks. Thirdly, it considers the problems of security, user certification and the protection of intelligence property. Fourthly, it is possible to link education resources from all united university, and is able to share resources for lifelong learning individuals or group.

此次清华大学远程教育播出平台的改造，本着现有平台与未来需求相结合；最新的学习理论与成熟的信息技术相结合；资源传输与对学生的学习支持相结合；教育资源开放与知识产权保护相结合的设计理念，综合考虑了远程教育环境中教、学、管三方面的需求和关系，因而具有多方面的优势：新平台整合了互联网和卫星网各自的优势，在技术上实现了天网与地网的无缝连接；新平台对传输的教育节目采用 MPEG-4编码方式进行流媒体播出，在传输上实现了基于两种网络的实时课堂直播、录播和基于互联网的分布式课件点播的多种需求；新平台集资源加密、用户认证和授权等功能于一体，可有效地保护远程教育中的知识产权；新平台将各联盟学校的教育资源进行整合后重新提供给学习的个体或团体，较好地实现了资源共享。

The third part elaborates the strategy of selectivity attention and the factors which affect it, then combining with the design of web-based course "The Design of Active Sever Page" which was designed by the writer, elaborates how to apply the strategy of selectivity attention in the the web-based course: 1 design clear navigator; 2 ascertain the target of instruction; 3 take problem as the direction to cause the student's attention;4 the preceding analysises: the analysis of the need of study, the analysis of learner and the analysise of study content; 5 combining muultiual sensorial passages to present the stimulability to course the attention of the learner; 6 enhance the characteristic of the main body to cause the student's attention;7 emphasize the student's position as main body.

第三部分详细介绍选择性注意策略及影响选择性注意策略的因素，之后结合笔者设计的《 ASP 动态网页设计》网络课程具体阐述网络课程中选择性注意策略的应用：1设计清晰的导航；2确定可观察可测量的教学目标；3以问题为导向引起学生的注意；4前端分析：学习需求分析、学习者分析和学习内容分析；5多通道结合呈现刺激，引起学习者的注意；6强化主体的特征引起学生的注意；7强调学生的主体地位。

Modern approach methods of geography, ecology, quantitative analysis, expert integration, remote sensing image analysis and geographical information system were combined to reveal the matters in this paper. The eco-geographical background of the research area and the research work studied by other scholars were comprehensively expatiated. The temporal and spatial variation of precipitation and soil moisture, vegetation and soil distribution, and land use/land cover were compared as well. On the basis of foregoing analysis, the eco-geographical differentiation was discussed. According to principles and indicators, with extension engineering method and integrated analysis, the physical geography boundary between subhumid and semiarid areas were demarcated. By using remote sensing image analysis, wavelet analysis of the perennial precipitation and temperature, and the comparison of temporal and spatial variation of the desertification, this paper accounted for the regional response to global environmental change and suggested the dominant environmental problems.

本文采用了地理学与生态学相结合、定量分析与专家集成相结合、遥感图像解译和地理信息系统相结合的方法，对研究区的生态地理背景和已有研究工作进展情况给予了全面的分析和阐述；通过对区域水分条件（大气降水、土壤水分条件）、植被、土壤、土地利用／土地覆被状况等环境要素的时间与空间特征的对比分析，探讨了研究区内部生态地理特征的差异；在一定的原则指导下，通过建立指标体系，以可拓工程方法和模型为支撑，经过综合分析确定了研究区内半湿润、半干旱区界线划分方案；通过遥感图像解译、典型站点多年降水与温度的小波分析、土地沙漠化时空变化的对比分析等，说明了研究区域对全球变化的响应；表明了该区域所面临的主要环境问题。
