The compost of agricultural waste materials is the process that under the function of microorganism, the organic matter turn into well-rotted manure by the way of the organic matter being mineralized and humus and harmless.

农业废弃物的堆腐是在微生物作用下，通过发酵使有机物矿质化、腐殖化和无害化而变成腐熟肥料的过程，在微生物分解有机物的过程中，不但生成大量可被植物吸收利用的有效态氮、磷、钾化合物，而且又合成新的高分子有机物---腐殖质。

The results showed that the different concentration of strain 153 spore suspension promoted seed germination and bud growth. Moreover, actinomycetes 153 could stimulate growth of tomato and eggplant. The fresh weight and dry weight of the plants which treated by different concentration of strain 153 spore suspension were increased by 114.69%, 99.75% and 124.06%, 96.60% respectively.

结果表明，不同菌液浓度的153发酵菌液对种子萌发和芽的生长均具有促进作用，且对植株的生长性状有明显的影响，对植株鲜质量和干质量的影响最显著，鲜质量和干质量分别比对照增加114.69%、99.75%和124.06%、96.60%。

The effects of metal ions on ethanol tolerance of self-flocculating yeast was studied by using a defined medium in shake flask culture. The observed improvement of zinc ion supplementation on ethanol tolerance promoted the further examination of zinc ion effect on continuous ethanol fermentation. Zinc sulfate was supplemented into the fermentation medium at the concentrations of 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1gL^(-1), respectively.

研究了6种金属离子在合成培养基中对摇瓶培养的自絮凝酵母乙醇耐性的影响，发现锌离子对高浓度乙醇冲击下的酵母细胞活性有保护作用，并进一步研究了乙醇连续发酵过程中锌的添加对自絮凝酵母乙醇耐性的影响。

Soil samples were collected from different ecological conditions. More than 70 Streptomyces hygroscopicus strains were isolated from the soil samples. Fermentation centrifugal supernatant of the strains were used as biocontrol agents to bioassay the seedling of rice and barnyard grass and rice pathogens of sheath blightand bakanae. Three strains showed good effects of inhibitingbarnyard grass seedling, the another three strains well inhibited the growth of rice pathogenic fungi.

从国内外不同生态条件下采集的土壤标本中分离到70多个吸水链霉菌，用其发酵离心上清液对水稻、稗草秧苗和稻纹枯病菌、恶苗病菌进行生物测定，结果有3个菌株对稗草根的生长具有较好的抑效果；有3个菌株对水稻病原菌有很好的抑制生长作用。
