We used Reactionary Regionalism from Beeson as the core basis and used test method to deeply analyze East Asian regional development and address a case study to observe and analyze the following regional development of East Asian countries to extend and add interpretation of the difference of Reactionary Regionalism and address a more complete point of view. We expected to bring up more detailed point of view deeply and precisely to study East Asian regional integration development.

以Beeson所提出的回应性区域主义为核心基础，采用验证方式深入分析东亚区域发展并提出个案研究，观察分析东亚各国后续的区域发展，并延伸与补充回应性区域主义的不足之处并整理出更加完备的分析观点，以期能更深入、更细致地提出更有解释力观点来研究东亚的区域整合运作发展，提供东亚区域发展更为清晰与完整的研究。

From the point of view of geobotany, with the method of correlative factors of growth of plants, a countrywide theoretic ecological division was done for the introduction of Camptotheca acuminata and three kinds of areas of ecological preferent zone, ecological adaptive zone and ecological unadaptable zone were divided. With the theory of synecology, the characteristic on environment, constitution, life form spectrum, diversity, similarity of plots of communities were researched. Applying the method of species association, discrete distribution, indensity index, fractal geometry, etc. to research relations between the species of the communities, space distribution of Camptotheca acuminata, structure of age of Camptotheca acuminata, in different communities. Using the theories of autoecology, distibutons of seeds on land and growth of seedlings in vertical and horizontal directions, biomass of organ of Camptotheca acuminata were analyzed. On the opinions of conservation biology, the external and internal factors impressing Camptotheca acuminata were analyzed to research the mechanism of the endangered species, and with using of CTM Model, the future development direction of Camptotheca acuminata in different communities were forecasted, and. Standing on the position of resources ecology, discussing the regularity of camptothein in Camptotheca acuminata of different sites and seeding of different resources, also the the derive technics of camptothecin.

本文从地植物学的角度，运用植物生长相关因子法，对我国喜树资源的生态适宜区进行了划分，理论上确定了我国的喜树的引种栽培的最适生活区域、生态适宜区域和不适宜生活区域；从群落生态学的角度，对野生喜树所在的典型群落的群落环境、群落组成、群落生活型谱、群落的物种多样性特点、群落样地间相似性进行了研究；从种群生态学的角度，运用种间联结性、离散分布模型、聚集强度指数、分析几何等分析手段，对野生喜树所在典型群落间的种间关系、喜树的空间分布格局、年龄结构等进行了分析；从个体生态学的角度，对不同年龄组的喜树的种子的散落的垂直分布、水平分布、时间分布及种子发芽率和千里重等特点、不同种源的人工喜树苗期特点、喜树的高生长和茎生长特点、喜树的器官生物量特点进行了研究；从保护生物学的角度，对野生喜树的濒危的内部因素和外部因素进行了探讨，并运用CTM模型对不同群落中野生喜树的种群趋势进行了预测；从资源生态学的角度，对我国地理环境下喜树中喜树碱含量的地理分布规律、不同种源的喜树幼苗中喜树碱含量变化规律进行了研究，并对喜树碱的提取工艺进行了探讨。

In 2000,the area below 400 meters was also watershed,mining sites and settlements,the proportion of both unutilized land below 400 meters and woodland between 400 meters and 800 meters raised a little,it showed that most woodland transform into the other types of land use in low altitude area,however,most unutilized land and the other types of land use transform into woodland in low and mediad altitude area,and the changes in woodland had metastatic trends in low and middle altitude area in the years from 1988 to 2000.The area proportion between 400 meters and 800 meters raised a lot in mining sites and settlements,the total distributed area on woodland had a trend of rising,while the distribution in pasture had a trend of decreasing.

在2000年，400m区域以下依然是水域和居民点及工矿用地，未利用地比例在400m以下有所上升而林地比例在400m～800m有所上升，表明在1994年至2000年间，低海拔地区许多林地转化为其他土地利用类型，而在中低海拔地区大量的未利用地和其他土地利用类型转化为林地，林地的变化有向中低海拔转移的趋势。2006年居民点及工矿用地在400m至800m区域面积比例增加，林地类型分布区域整体呈上升的趋势，草地分布区域呈下降的趋势。

The first part is to assess whether RIEMS has ability to reproduce ten-years averaged mean climate in East Asia.The results demonstrate that RIEMS is capable to reproduce the patterns and seasonal cycle of temperature(mean temperature/maximal temperature/minimal temperature), precipitation, sea level pressure and arid index as well as the rain belt evolution.The simulated seasonal and monthly averaged temperature biases are generally in the range of 1-2℃,which are consistent with IPCC(200 1)report. Although model can reproduce the seasonal cycle and time evolution of precipitation, the simulated rain belt has northwards shift of 2-3 degree.

结果表明在 MCS 强雷暴演变过程中：①总地闪数的96.7%集中落在 CR 为45～55 dBz 的回波区域内，在 CR 大于60 dBz 的强回波区域内地闪总数却很少；地闪密集中心的位置与 CR 大于等于50 dBz 的强度中心常常重合；②地闪密集中心与 VIL 中心常常不重合，常落在 VIL 高值中心的边缘或落在 VIL 为20～30 kg · m-2的区域中；在 VIL 小于20 kg · m-2的地方存在较为活跃的地闪。
