A series of indexes reflecting free radical changes, anti-oxidations, Immune function, endocrine function was studied by Chemiluminescence method, immunoturbidimetry, ANAE dye method, micro-hemagglutination inhibition test and radio immunoassay in the chicken with encephalomalicia induced by giving the feed being deficient in VE and extra fish oil artificially. The pathological changes including microscopic and ultramicroscopic changes in the relative organs and tissues were observed.

本实验以一日龄150只海兰兰蛋鸡为实验动物，用低维生素E且添加鱼油日粮饲喂雏鸡，复制脑软化症动物模型，采用化学发光法、免疫浊度测定法、酸性α-醋酸萘脂酶染色法、微量血凝抑制试验、放射免疫测定技术等方法系统地检测了脑软化雏鸡的自由基代谢和抗氧化功能、红细胞免疫功能、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能及非特异性免疫功能等指标，并对患雏病理组织进行了显微及超微结构观察。

Methods:After the animal models of leukodermia had been prepared by chemical decolour method,the animal models were separately treated with Qu-Bai tincture and Sicorten ointment,and the curative effects of both were compared.

Objective To study the statement of immunoreaction of c Jun and functional recovery of spinal cord injury in rats after fetal spinal cord transplantation.Methods Experimental rats were divided into two groups:spinal cord hemisection injury combination with transplants of FSC to injured site group,and spinal cord injury that received gelfoam pledgets group.On the lst,3th,7th,14th and 28th day after operation,6 animals in each group at each time phase,were observed for their function recovery with the methods of praxiology and electro physiological examination,the animals were then sacrificed for the observation of the statement of c Jun reaction by immnochemistry method and computer image analysis system was used for quantitative analysis.

目的：研究大鼠胚胎脊髓移植后能否影响，c-Hun免疫反应的表达和脊髓损伤后大鼠功能的恢复，方法；将动物分为脊髓半切洞损伤加胚胎脊髓移植组和单纯脊髓板切洞损伤加明胶海绵填塞组，每个时相点每组6只动物，术只1，3，7，14和28天，应用行为学和电生理检查观察大鼠功能恢复情况，应用免疫细胞化学方法，c-Jun免疫反应的表达，采用计算机图像分析技术，进行定量分析。

Methods A model of autoimmune inner ear disease was established by systemically immunizing the guinea pig with the homologous crude inner ear antigen. The immunized cochleae and normal control cochleae were examined for the expression of hsp70 with techniques of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.

利用同种异体内耳抗原免疫豚鼠，以建立自身免疫性内耳病（autoimmune inner ear disease， AIED动物模型，并应用免疫组织化学及原位杂位技术，研究热休克蛋白（heat shock protein， hsp70在正常对照组及 AIED 模型动物实验组耳蜗中的表达情况。

Methods Fifty white guinea pigs with normal hearing were randomly divided into the control group, ligustrazine group and traditional Chinese drug group. The alternations of hearing function were evaluated by the examination of auditory brainstem response. Some specimens were perfused by AgNO3 and observed the damage of bristle cell. And some were sent for immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of iNOS. Results Compared with the control group, the threshold of ABR in ligustrazine group and TCD group were tignificantly different.

将50只健康白色红目豚鼠随机分为对照组、顺铂组和中药组，各组动物均于用药前及停药后测试听觉脑干诱发电位，采用耳蜗铺片观察毛细胞损伤情况，应用免疫组织化学方法测定各组动物耳蜗内iNOS的表达情况。
