It means that the visible-light can accelerate the chainpropagation but have no effect on the chain initiation, thus benefitthe producing diacetylene polymer with higher molecular weight.

考虑到双炔酸聚合过程中，链引发和链增长所需的激发波长不一样，前者的激发波长必须小于310 nm，而后者的激发波长在可见光区，我们因而在液面上测量了可见光对聚合反应的影响，发现可见光照的确能加快反应的进行，就是说，在链引发和链增长的竞争中，我们可以用可见光加快链增长过程，一定程度上增大分子量。

In the biodegradation of methyl-parathion through enzyme membrane reactor, the effect of immobilized enzyme amount, flow rate of peristaltic pump, pH of the feed, and the methyl-parathion concentration on biodegradation rate was studied. It was shown that the biodegradation rate increased with immobilized enzyme amount and substrate concentration. Biodegradation rate didn't increase when the folw rate of the peristaltic pump was larger than 7 ml/min.

By use of titration analysis, the thesis investigated various factors such as isocyanate, PE molecular weight, reacting substance molecular ratio, reacting temperature and time etc. influencing upon prepolymerization step. It was found that 2, 4-tolulene diisocyanate and 4, 4'diphenylmethane diisocyanate is more rapidly reacted with PE600 than HDI. With PE molecular weight increasing, the reacting temperature or time should be raised or extended relevantly. Thus PE2000+2HDI pre-polymerization should be better carried out under some catalyst, for example, Triethylene diamine , Dibutyltin dilaurate and Tin octoate were used.

The reconstruction problem is ill-posed, so two optimal criterions, the least module and the smoothness criterion base on Tikhonov regularization technique, are introduced into reconstruction algorithm. Many regularization parameters choice strategies are investigated, and the TPA(Two—Parameter Algorithm) strategy which is based on the Morozov discrepancy principles, is implemented in two regularization reconstruction algorithms.Numerical experiment results show that the nonnegative and smoothness constraint condition can overcome the difficulty of iteration semiconvergent, preconditioned technique can improve convergence rate and reconstruction accuracy, smoothness regularization criterion can meliorate ill-posed problem of reconstruction and enhance iteration stability, and the TPA is an effective strategy of regularization parameters choice.

Microinjection of glucocorticoid or mineralocorticoid (40 or 10 ng/0.1 ul/site) into the rVLM bilaterally caused an increase in BP, HR and the pressor response induced by the dPAG stimulation in the normotensive rat, respectively. Dose-dependence of both drugs was observed on the above effects in three directions. Nevertheless, there was no effect of both drugs on the tachycardiac response induced by the dPAG stimulation.

On the normotensive rat, bilateral microinjection of L-arginine (16 n mol/0.1 ul/site), a precursor of nitric oxide into the rVLM, caused a decrease in BP, HR and the pressor response induced by the dPAG stimulation, while microinjection of NG-methyl-Larginine (L-NMMA, 16 n mol/0.1 ul/site), a blockade for NO to form, into the rVLM bilaterally, caused an increase in BP, HR and the pressor response induced by the dPAG stimulation. There was no effect of both drugs mentioned above on the tachycardiac response induced by the dPAG stimulation.
