In chapter 3, the animalcula of Dracaena cochinchinenis's wound were carefully isolated, it also argues the effect of fungi on the formation of the dragon's blood. Moreover, the loureirins of the liquid zymolysis products of some fungi were detected by HPLC, and the relationship between animalcula and the formation of the dragon's blood is further discussed.

第三章详细地论述了剑叶龙血树微生物群的分离、纯化及其对龙血竭形成的影响，并用HPLC对部分微生物的液体发酵产物作龙血素成分的检测，更进一步地了解微生物与剑叶龙血树龙血竭形成的关系。

The common method, that all strong-correlation terms of the model are eliminated, can bring the loss in the engineering application, so the new method is proposed that the identified model reserves some correlation. The augmented matrix A is constructed by the outputΔW and the matrix S. The"determinating order based on ratio of determinant"is brought out to screen the strong-correlation terms in the structure identification. The latent root estimation is improved in screening the eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Thus the estimation precision is improved greatly.The consistence check of guidance instrument error coefficients of flight test and ground test is the purpose of flight experiment. The causes of inconsistency of the two models are analyzed. The hypothesis test of linear regression model based on F statistics is proposed to check the consistence.Finally, the instability of error coefficients is probably caused by the change of the flight environments, therefore, the relation between the error coefficients and flight environment is analyzed. The approach is presented to identify SINS guidance instrument error models and compensate the error in the segmented sections corresponding to the change of vertical acceleration of aircraft.

在结构辨识中，常用的方法由于将模型中的强相关项全部剔除而给工程应用带来损失，因此，本文提出了新的有益思想，即在保留一定相关性的基础上进行辨识：将输出向量ΔW与环境函数矩阵S构成增广矩阵A，然后采用"比定阶行列式"来剔除相关向量的方法，这样既可以尽可能多地保留了对落点影响大的强相关参数，又可以对落点影响小的强相关参数给予剔除；在参数估计中，改进了特征根估计中特征根和特征向量的筛选方法，提出"近零"准则，从而大大提高了参数估计的精度；再者，鉴于天地模型"一致性"检验是飞行试验和SINS制导工具误差系数分离的主要目的，因此，本文又深入分析了造成天地模型不一致的原因，提出了采用基于F统计的线性回归模型假设检验方法来进行捷联制导工具误差模型的天地"一致性"检验；最后，鉴于飞行环境剧烈变化可能会对惯性仪表误差系数稳定性带来一定的影响，因此本文深入地分析了SINS制导工具误差系数与外界环境的关系，提出了基于过载变化大小的分段辨识和分段实时补偿的算法。

At last, the algorithms are combined into an automatic video object segmentation schema, which can separate motion foreground from stationary background and extract video object plane from video image sequence in succeed.

最后，将上述算法结合起来形成一个视频对象分割方案，有效地解决运动前景和背景分离的问题，并成功地完成从视频图像序列中抽取视频对象板的任务。

The applications of the theory in robot translation parameter computation and in Qualitative Scene Model construction are presented.(3) Intrinsic Images and color constancy of Real Color Images Based on the Dichromatic Reflection Model proposed by Klinker [55] , it is the NO. 1 for this paper to measure the spectral relationship of a CCD color camera, to reestablish the linear relationship, to separate the illuminant and object color components in real color images, and to extract the intrinsic image and highlight image from the real color image, as well as to eliminate the influences of highlights upon the usual image segmentation algorithm.

Additionally, 75 volatile chemical constituents have been identified from the petroleum ether extracted part by capillary GC-MS, and the relative percentages of them are determined by GC method. The result showed that the volatile constituents of Musella lasiocarpa mainly includes advanced alkane, aliphatic acid and ester, aldehyde, ketone, aromatic and its heterocyclic compounds. With the compounds that have been isolated and identified from Musella lasiocarpa, the biogenensis pathway of new compound MT-3 is approached. Furthermore, the bacteriostasis of the 6 compounds to Escherichia coil, Pseudomonas aerusinosa, Bacillus megaterium, Sarcina lutea and Bacillus subtilic are determined by flat dilution method.

此外，从其石油醚萃取部分用毛细管色谱法分析鉴定出75种挥发性化学成分，并测定了各组分的相对百分含量，结果表明，地涌金莲挥发性化学成分以高级烷烃、高级脂肪酸酯及醛、酮、芳香和芳香杂环化合物为主；根据从地涌金莲中鉴出和分离得到的化合物，探讨了新结构化合物MT-3的生源代谢途径；采用平板稀释法测定了地涌金莲中六种化学成分对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、藤黄八叠球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用。

To control tobacco brown spot disease rationally, reduce resistance to fungicide and reduce pesticide pollution, 96 strains of Alternaria altemata were isolated from 11 region of Yunnan province and all isolates were determined their resistance to dimethachlon. The results indicated that of all tested isolates, there were 28 high resistance, 29 middle resistance and 29 low resistance isolates respectively.
