The measurements of self-diffusion coefficient,spin-spin relaxation and interproton distance at 318 K suggest that N,N′-bis-α,ω- alkane propane diammonium dibromide (16-3-16) quasi-global micelles are formed in the dilute solution at a concentration of 0.26 mmol/L and the head groups are in a saw-toothed form staying at the surface of the micelle to overcome the strong electrostatic repulsion force.

从自扩散系数、横向弛豫和质子距离等NMR测定参数推测，在浓度为0.26 mmol/L（318 K）的N，N′-双-α，ω-丙烷溴化铵(16-3-16)溶液中形成了近似球形的胶束，胶束表面的带正电荷的铵基极性头呈锯齿状排列以减弱分子间静电排斥力的影响。

Based on the previous literatures, the following major innovation works were carried out in this dissertation:(1) The derivatization reaction conditions of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine with sensitive derivation reagent in aqueous system were studied and two new methods were developed for the assay of them by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography and micellar electrokinetic chromatography with LIF detection. The sensitivity and analysis times were greatly improved compared with the previous reports;(2) A new method of CZE with indirect LIF detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of six coumarin compounds (esculin, esculetin, isofraxidin, genistein, naringin and sophoricoside) with fluorescein as the probe. The proposed method enlarges the application range of LIF detector, and provides new approach for the analysis of certain compounds difficult to derivatize;(3) Based on the above research, an MEKC with indirect LIF detection method for the simultaneous determination of adenine and guanine in DNA extracts from fungus, maize and soybean was established;(4) A new method for the investigation of the complexes formed between human serum albumin and ampicillin sodium under the simulated physiology conditions using laser light scattering technique was developed.

该论文在综述前人工作的基础上，开展了如下未见文献报道的创新性的研究工作：(1)使用灵敏的衍生试剂对麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱在水体系中的衍生反应条件进行了系统研究，建立了微乳电动色谱-激光诱导荧光检测法和胶束电动色谱—激光诱导荧光检测法测定麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的灵敏分析新方法，与以前的报道相比，灵敏度和分析时间均有很大改善；(2)使用荧光素钠作为背景荧光试剂，建立了同时分析测定六种黄酮类化合物(秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素、异秦皮定、染料木素、柚皮苷和槐角苷)的毛细管区带电泳—间接激光诱导荧光检测新方法，扩大了激光诱导荧光检测的应用范围，对难衍生化合物的分离分析提供了一种新思路和新途径；(3)以荧光素钠作为背景荧光试剂，建立了一种用于同时测定食品提取DNA中的腺嘌呤和鸟嘌呤含量的胶束电动色谱—间接激光诱导荧光检测新方法；(4)用动态和静态激光散射法研究了模拟生理条件下人血清白蛋白与氨比西林钠盐相互作用所形成的复合物，为药物分子与蛋白质的相互作用、药代动力学等的研究提供了一种新思路。

The TiO2 synthesized by normal and reverse micelles as templated were applied for phot ocatalytic of Rhodamine B and organic toxic small molecule 2.4-dichlorophenol under ultraviolet irradiation. Oxidation species and photodegradation products in the photoreaction process were detected for studying their photocatalyst properties. The results showed that: the R-TiO2 had a better photocatalysis property under UV irradiation when photodegradation of RhB and DCP compared to the N-TiO2. After 160min, the mineralized rate of RhB can be 95%. And the oxidative species was mainly referred to OH radical.

利用正相和反相胶束介质模板制备的纳米TiO2为光催化剂，在紫外光照射下，对染料罗丹明B和有机有毒无色小分子2，4-二氯苯酚进行光催化降解，研究了其光催化性能，并对光催化过程中氧化物种及降解产物进行了跟踪测定，结果表明，反相胶束模板体系制备的纳米TiO2与正相胶束介质制备的纳米TiO2比较，在紫外照射下对RhB及DCP的降解有较好的光催化性能，对RhB在160min尤催化矿化率可达95%，光催化反应主要的氧化物种涉及在基自由基。

PAMAM of integral generation basically has not the surface activity. Its reason is that its outer groups is acylamino groups having very strong hydrophilicity so as not to reduce the surface tension of water. PAMAM different from traditional surfactant, have not critical micelle concentration, and exist in the form of "unimolecule micelle" in water.

结果表明：半代的PAMAM水溶液的表面活性与其分子具有两亲结构有关，亲水基团是内部的羰基和胺基，亲油基团是内部的碳氢链和外层的甲基；整代的PAMAM水溶液基本上没有表面活性，其原因是其最外层基团是酰胺基，亲水性很强，不能降低水的表面张力；树状大分子与传统的表面活性剂不同，不存在临界胶束浓度，在水中是以&单分子胶束&形式存在。

The sizes of the self-assembly micelles of the amphiphilic block copolymers and the effects werestudied by dynamic light scattering and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The micelle sizes werelargely influenced bythe hydrophobic chain content in the copolymer, the properties of the solvent and the copolymer concentration in the organic phase. The morphology of the micelles was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Theresults showed that the micelles appeared spheres with inner core and outer shell. The critical association concentrations were determined by pyrene monomer fluorescence probe technology. The degradability of copolymer was studied by the loss of the intrinsic viscosity in the degradation process. The results indicated that the degradation rate of PECL was slower thanthat of PELLA and PEDLLA. The stability of the copolymer micelle dispersion was examined by measuring the critical flocculation concentration, which gradually decreased with increasing the content of thehydrophobic chain in the copolymer. The rheological results showed thatthe viscosity ofthe micelle dispersion with higher content of PEG segments was firstly decreased and then increased with the increasingthe temperature. Otherwise, the variation of viscosity was irregular. The viscosity of the micelle dispersion increased with the increase of the electrolyte (Na 2SO 4) concentrations. Polymer micelles paclitaxel was prepared by self-emulsification/solvent evaporation method and solid dispersion technique with amphiphilic block polymers as the carrier material.

运用动态光散射和紫外分光光度计研究了两亲性嵌段共聚物自组装胶束的粒径及其影响因素，结果表明，自组装胶束的形成机理受制备方式的控制，胶束的粒径随着共聚物相对分子质量或疏水嵌段相对分子质量和有机相中共聚物浓度的增大而增大，随着有机溶剂的水溶性的增强而减小；采用透射电镜观察胶束的形态结构，发现胶束呈具有核壳结构的均匀球形；采用芘荧光探针法测两亲性嵌段共聚物的临界聚集浓度；通过降解过程中共聚物特性粘度的变化研究两亲性共聚物的降解性能，发现与PELLA和PEDLLA的相比，PECL 降解速率较慢；随着共聚物中疏水嵌段含量的增大，纳米分散液的稳定性逐渐下降；PEG含量高的PEDLLA纳米分散液随着温度的升高，纳米分散液的粘度先下降然后增大，反之，没有规律性，且随着电解质Na 2SO 4浓度的增大，体系粘度增大。
