Self-regulated writing teaching for keeping a weekly diary is a newly-constructed writing teaching style inspired by the idea of the new curricula ,which attempts to change the monotonous state of being teacher-centred ,the separation of content and form from real life and from the studrnts ' interest and teaching situation. The links of self-regulated weekly diary keeping requires the students to mind themselves and society and the effect of knowledge, ability and virtue will be taken into comprehensive account. And the students are requested to allow full play to their initiative, enrich their emotions throughout the self-regulated atmosphere, accumulate knowledge and improve ability.
