Objective To study the surgical treatment of ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint.

目的 探讨颞下颌关节真性强直的手术治疗和避免术后复发。

The use of autogenous costochondral grafts in TMJ reconstruction is the best method in the treatment of TMJ ankylosis.

自体肋骨、肋软骨移植的颞下颌关节重建术是治疗颞下颌关节真性强直的一种较理想方法。

The muscle samples were taken and check under microscopy and electro-microscopy,Desmin was checked with imunohistochemistry technique,maximal isometric titanic force,CK and LDH in blood,MDA and SOD in muscle were assessed for rats,before and after exercises to show muscle damage,maximal isometric torque,muscle soreness, circumference of the arm,range of motion of the elbow were assessed before and after exercise to show muscle damage,maximal eccentric torque, optimal angle of the elbow,total work during exercise were also assessed for college students.

观察指标包括：肌肉活检光镜及电镜观察，肌肉骨架蛋白Desmin组织化学荧光标记，电刺激最大强直肌量，血清LDH、CK及肌肉MDA、SOD等；等长峰力矩MIT，肌肉酸痛度SOR，肢体围度CIR，关节活动范围ROM，运动中离心峰力矩及其对应关节角度、所做总功等。

Some serious ones may have spinal monstrosity and articular entasia.

严重者可发生脊柱畸形和关节强直。

Results Among the 102 replanted fingers in 22 cases, 89 survived fingers were excellent;13 poor or bad, which were caused by the following reasons: arthrokleisis in 8, fingers atrophy accompanied sensory loss in 3 and finger rotating deformity along with neurofibroma in 2 cases.

结果 22例102个再植手指中，89个手指功能疗效评定为优良；13个手指评定为差和劣，其中关节强直8例，手指萎缩并缺乏感觉3例，有旋转畸形伴有神经瘤形成2例。

Methods Autogenous costochondral grafts were applied in the reconstruction of the temporomandibular joint in 27 cases with condyle ankylosis from 1988～1998.The follow up period was 1～10 years.The pre-and post-operative degree of mouth opening and the TMJ function was examined.

采用自体肋骨、肋软骨移植对27例颞下颌关节真性强直患者进行了关节重建术，术后随访，计算手术前后张口度的差值，检查咬合关系、下颌前伸和侧向运动功能，行关节X线检查。

Or else, posterior approach is a better choice. As regard to patients who had both ankylosed hips and only one hip can be undergone total hip replacement, after the operation, the function of this hip is good, but the patient can't walk because of the influnce of the other hip, so that the Harris hip score is very low, often less than 70 points. But this didn't indicate that the function of the hip is poor. Due to that, we recommend that the Charnley hip score should be adopted under this condition.

对双侧强直患者，行单侧置换后，该髋关节良好，但受对侧或其他关节的影响，患者仍不能行走，Harris评分仍很低，在70分以下，但这并不能说明术侧髋关节功能不好，因此，对经济状况不良或身体状况差者，不能同时行双侧手术，单侧髋关节置换后功能评分将受影响，双侧髋关节强直的患者只行单侧手术后的评分不适合用Harris评分，而用Charnley评分较为合适。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides.
