In this study, the curative effect of distraction osteogenesis on temporomandibular joint ankylosis was observed.

目的：传统的手术方法治疗颞下颌关节强直的弱点就是高复发率，观察新出现的治疗技术牵引成骨术治疗颞下颌关节强直的效果。

Results The 7 patients with micrognathia after arthroplasty of tempromandibular joint ankylosis were corrected. The face was improved.

结果：7例颞颌关节强直关节成型术后小颌畸形患者，矫正了小颌畸形，面容获得明显改善，取得了理想的效果。

Results Sacroiliac joints in 62 cases were abnormal:in early stage,articular face was affected and the bone cortex incrassated and osteosclerosis partly,joint space was normal;in late stage,vermiform destruction of bone was seen in articular face,the density of cortex was heighten irregular,joint space widen or narrow,and at last the joint space vanished,the joint ankylosed.

结果 62例患者骶髂关节表现异常，包括：早期，骨关节面受侵蚀、骨皮质局限增厚、硬化，关节间隙正常；后期，关节面呈虫蚀状改变，关节面皮质密度不规则增高，关节间隙增宽或变窄，最终关节间隙消失，关节强直。

If the condylar fracture is treated inappropriate, it may cause some complications, eg: limitation of mouth opening, pain in TMJs, occlusion disorder, arthrocleisis and so on. The fractural condylar can't rebuild well without treatment. For any kind of condylar fracture, treatment should strive for anatomic replacement and avoid removing the fractural residual.

研究结论：髁状突骨折如治疗不当，容易出现一些后遗症或并发症，如张口受限、关节区疼痛、咬合错乱以及关节强直等；成人髁状突骨折如不作处理，并不能自行改建形成新的功能完好的关节；所有类型的髁状突骨折，治疗时都应争取达到解剖复位，不应轻易摘除骨折残端。

Improving and routine intraoral sagittal split ramus osteotomy and advancement genioplasty were the reliable method to patient with micrognathia after arthroplasty of tempromandibular joint ankylosis.

改良下颌升支矢状劈开截骨术和常规下颌升支矢状劈开截骨术及颏水平前徙成形术，是颞颌关节强直关节成型术后小颌畸形可靠的术式。

Whatever methods you chose, the destruction of the TMJ was also found. At 3 days posttrauma hemarthrosis could be seen in most of the joints of both groups. Fibrous effusion was seen in a joint of surgery treatment group at 1 month posttrauma. 3 months later, fibrous ankylosis was found in the conservative treatment group.

不管采用哪种治疗方法，关节结构的破坏性改变自始至终都存在，早期都出现关节积血及关节结构的破坏；2周后可有关节盘不规则破坏，甚至完全崩解，关节腔内出现渗出液。1月时，可见固定组动物的关节腔内有纤维性渗出。3月时绝大多数关节结构基本存在，但可见有许多裂隙或囊样变，不固定组内有一动物的关节内出现了纤维性关节强直的表现。
