Spectral determination has proved an automatic, quick and nondestructive method for assessment ofnutrition, and the spectral discriminability of the treatments demonstrated the feasibility to evaluate rice N status in field by canopy spectral determination and the potential for detecting rice N status in a wide area by using multispectral remote sensing.

由于从高光谱窄波段的角度与氮素营养之间建立的关系在不同环境条件、不同作物品种之间具有不稳定性，因此本研究在水稻氮素营养光谱诊断方法的研究上避开了单纯使用高光谱连续波段或者窄波段的方法，从以下方面进行研究：。

In the second chapter the experiment technique and approaches are discussed,including laser induce fluorescence spectroscopy which the comprehensive adopted for liner laser spectroscopic study,and high resolution two-photon laser spectroscopy without Doppler broadening which belonged to nonlinear laser spectroscopic ,and the theory about the fluorescence rate equation .

第二章实验技术和研究方法中，讨论了在线性激光光谱中最为常用的激光感应荧光光谱、非线性激光光谱学可使谱线的多普勒宽度得以消除无多普勒双光子吸收光谱学和碰撞分析中使用的荧光的速率方程理论。

Chapter 4:The interactions between bergenin,esculin,gallic acid and caffeic acidwith HSA in AOT/isooctane/water microemulsions were characterized for the firsttime using fluorescence spectroscopy in combination with UV absorptionspectroscopy,FT-IR spectroscopy,CD spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering technique.

The correlative relationship between three hyperspectral parameters and chlorophyll content of Festuca arundinacea, Lolium perenne, and Agrostis stoloni fera was studied. The result indicated that the hyperspectral parameters were significantly correlated with the chlorophyll content, especially for GNDVI.

通过3种草坪草高羊茅，多年生黑麦草和匍匐翦股颖反射光谱曲线特征，研究了高光谱参数绿峰反射率Rg、红谷反射率Ro和GNDVI与叶绿素含量的相关性，结果表明：3种高光谱参数与叶绿素含量的相关性均达到显著水平，尤其是GNDVI与叶绿素含量之间的相关性最好。

According to the relation spectrum resolution is inverse proportional to focal distance given a certain incident wavelength and phase number,and the theoretic formula is consistent with reported experimental result.

光谱分辨率是评价衍射微透镜分光特性的主要指标，根据标量衍射理论，给出了多台阶位相型菲涅尔透镜的设计公式，并利用球面波的传输理论推导了微透镜主焦距与光谱分辨率之间的函数关系，得出在入射波长和位相台阶数一定的情况下，光谱分辨率与中心焦距之间呈反比；理论推导的结果与已发表的实验结果一致。

One of the important tasks in my dissertation is to investigate Fraunhofer diffraction pattern of a polychromatic, spatially coherent wave diffracted by an annular aperture. The phenomena of spectral anomalies in the vicinity of the Airy rings in Fraunhofer diffraction pattern are investigated in detail. The effect of the parameters of the annular aperture on the spectral changes is studied particularly.

本学位论文的一部分内容进一步研究了在夫琅和费衍射模型下，多色空间相干光经过环形光阑衍射后的光谱变化情况，详细讨论了在该模型下振幅为零的点附近的光谱奇异现象，着重研究了改变环形光阑参数等对光谱变化的影响。

The two Fraunhofer lines at 688nm and 760nm are obvious in the radiance spectra by ASD FieldSpec Pro NIR spectrometer,which largely overlap the chlorophyll fluorescence emission spectrum of leaves.

第三，研究并分析了夫琅和费暗线方法计算的688nm和760nm波段的荧光特性，结果表明该方法计算的荧光是可靠的，它与光合有效辐射关系密切，复相关系数达到了0.9；冬小麦冠层荧光光谱在760nm和688nm波段的荧光大小基本相等，而地锦冠层荧光光谱在688nm波段的荧光强度是760nm的3倍左右，表明荧光光谱能够更加敏感地反映植被物种或生理生化状况的差别。

The analysis shows that the residual of the multi-spectral image with high resolution can be recovered by substituting the simplex portion obtained by decomposing the low-resolution multi-spectral image with hypercomplex residual image of a high-resolution panchromatic image, and the fusion of the multi-spectral image and the panchromatic image can be achieved by synthesizing symplectic decomposition.

分析表明用高分辨率全色图像的超复数残差图像来替换低分辨率多光谱图像分解后得到的simplex部分，就可以恢复出高分辨率的多光谱图像的残差，最后通过symplectic分解的合成实现多光谱图像和全色图像的融合。

On selected areas of case studies, respectively extract vegetation information and remote sensing image processing spectrum by ENVI. After acquired identification map, evaluate the results.

3选定研究区进行应用实例研究，在高光谱处理软件ENVl支持下，分别对植被实测光谱和遥感图像进行光谱处理，对研究区植被信息进行提取，并对识别效果进行评价。
