The work in this thesis is based on continued fraction theory. Combining continued fractions with polynomial functions, we construct a new osculatory continued fraction interpolation—osculatory rational Hermite-like interpolation. Its representation is simpler than that of Hermite polynomial interpolation and its computation is concise since the continued fractions coefficients can be worked out by using Viscovatov algorithm.

与之相关的理论成果不断地推陈出新，本文就是在连分式理论的基础上做了相应的工作，将多项式和连分式相结合，构造了一种新的切触有理插值——类Hermite切触有理插值，新的插值方法在表示形式上比传统的切触有理插值更直观，并且通过引入Viscovatov算法，切触插值连分式的系数求解得以简化。

Under the condition of the borehole and sandstone formation filling with oil and water, respectively, the ability is different when different energy windows are selected to distinguish formation by simulating the detector response spectrum of various diameters and length of NaI and BGO crystal. The C/O value difference of BGO crystal is higher than that of NaI crystal when the energy window includes photoelectric peak, the first and the second escape peaks, but it is less affected by the different sizes of detector crystal. Using photoelectric peak corresponding to the energy window, the C/O value difference of BGO crystal detector is much larger than that of NaI, but it increases with the crystal size increasing. The C/O value is greatly affected by energy drifting, while relatively a little by energy resolution.

对于井眼和地层流体分别为油和水砂岩地层，模拟改变NaI和BGO晶体探测器的直径和长度时的非弹性散射γ射线响应能谱，采用不同能窗处理方法对地层流体的分辨能力不同，选取光电峰和第一、第二逃逸峰对应的能量窗时，BGO晶体探测器比NaI晶体探测器测量的C/O差值大，但受尺寸的影响不大；采用光电峰对应的能量窗时，BGO晶体探测器测量的C/O差值比NaI的大得多，且随尺寸的增加差值增大；能量道的漂移对C/O值影响较大，而能量分辨率对差值影响相对较小。

The observational and calculated results are well matched. The calculated mean diameter, mean square-root diameter, mean cube -root diameter and liquid water content are all well matched with the observational results; In the paper two examples have been analyzed by using the seeding region data and the possible affecting region data in leeward region. It is found that F-100, 2dc, and 2dp's particle concentrations increase in leeward region, but rising extent is different, which is likely to be due to difference of seeding effect time.

拟合值和观测值吻合的较好，计算出的平均直径、均方根直径、均立方根直径和粒子浓度与观测值也比较吻合；本文对两组个例的催化影响区域及可能采集到相应值的下风方区域进行了分析，催化下风向影响区的F-100、2DC、2DP的粒子浓度比背景值都有所增加，但是增加的幅度不同，应该是催化响应时间的原因。

The prior cycles with higher axial stress and larger strain range greatly restrains ratchetting strain of subsequent cycling with lower ones. Creep behavior plays an important role in the ratchetting strain and its influence on ratchetting behavior can not be neglected. Fracture morphology characteristics of two kinds of materials were investigated by scanning electron microscope. It shows that failure of material A is induced by cavitation and that of material B is induced by decohesion. For material A, with the decreasing strain amplitude the fracture surface shows more larger diameter globular particles under uniaxial loading and can be seen more obvious and deep crack under multiaxial loading. However for material B, with the decreasing strain amplitude fracture surface shows larger and larger scalelike shape and becomes more smooth under uniaxial loading, but fracture surface under multiaxial loading looks like more smooth than that of uniaxial loading, and shows gradually wave-like morphology.

The CPT values in the affected leg in patient group were significant higher than those in control group at all frequencies. The CPT values in contralateral leg in patient group were significant higher than those in control group at 5Hz whereas there were no significant differences at 250Hz and 2000Hz. The CPT values in affected leg in patient group were significant higher than those in contralateral leg at 250Hz and 2000Hz whereas there were no significant differences at 5Hz. All the CPT values showed the same linear decrease from the dermatome of the compressed root to the dermatomes of the contralateral neighbor dematom.

在用CPT监测8例腰骶单神经根病组患侧和健侧及与正常对照组的不同直径感觉神经纤维功能的研究中发现压迫皮节和其临近皮节的所有频率CPT值无任何显著性差别；患者压迫侧的2000Hz及250HzCPT值及压迫侧和对侧的5HzCPT值与正常对照组都有显著性差别；患者组5HzCPT值患侧和对侧无差别，其他两组均有显著性差别；不管有无显著性差别，神经根病患者组各皮节三频率CPT值均按照压迫皮节，临近皮节，压迫对侧皮节，压迫对侧临近皮节的顺序减小，说明在腰骶单神经根病中Aβ纤维及Aδ纤维及无髓C纤维均受累。
