Based on the physical meaning of each term in the linear parameter log I (a constant correlating the affinity of solut e t o stationary phase) of stoichiometric displacement model for retention o f solute, the thermodynamic characteristics of log I of solute in revers ed-phase liquid chromatography were investigated theoretically. This poi nt was tested by experimental data with two linear relationships:(1) plot of log I vs 1/T with apolar, polar small solut es and proteins;(2) plot of log I vs log Po/w (partition co effi cient of solute between n-octanol and water) with apolar and polar smal l solutes.

依据液相色谱中溶质计量置换保留模型及线性参数log I(与1 mol溶质对固定相的亲和势大小有关的常数)，通过作图得知非极性和极性小分子溶质及生物大分子的log I与绝对温度的倒数1/T，以及小分子溶质的log I与其在正辛醇-水中分配系数的对数log Po/w呈线性关系，从两方面进一步证明了log I具有热力学平衡常数的性质。

3针对传统光流法的缺点，分别提出了两种不同的改进方法：其一为引入前向-后向光流方程，计算其Hessian矩阵，把Hessian矩阵条件数的倒数作为Lucas-Kanade光流法的加权阵，可有效消除局部邻域中不可靠约束点，同时提高基本约束方程解的稳定性；其二为针对传统光流法只适用于刚体运动的特点，在扩展约束光流方程的基础上引入了div-curl样条函数作为扩展光流约束方程的附加约束条件，给出了一阶和二阶div-curl样条约束下光流的数值解。

The main results are as follows:We review the existing Monte Carlo control variates estimators of the price of Asian options and propose a new one. According to pratical needs, we define efficiency as the inverse of the product of the variance of an estimator and its computational time and make it a standard for comparisons to draw the following conclusions: Firstly, the more control variates correlate with arithmetic average Asian options, the larger is the efficiency of an estimator with these control variates, but among which the geometric average option plays the most important role; Secondly, an estimator with more control variates is better than one with less ones only when the time to maturity is long and the volatility is high.

在综合已有研究工作的基础上，本论文的主要创新成果如下：（1）我们回顾了已有的亚洲期权价格的蒙特卡罗控制变量估计，并提出了一个新的控制变量估计，且从客观实际出发，将估计值的方差和计算时间的乘积的倒数定义为效率并以它为标准比较各估计，得到以下结论：与算术平均亚洲期权相关程度越大的控制变量构成的估计的效率越大，而其中起主要作用的控制变量为几何平均亚洲期权的价格；只有在到期时间较长且标的资产的波动率较大时，元素多的多元控制变量估计比元素少的效率大。

Through analyses, we can make the conclusion that, the relation of seed fresh weight dry weight and days after pollination, fat percent content, protein nut content, starch nut content can be expressed with Logistic equation; the change of kernel volume, moisture content of kernel and days after pollination accorded with three ascend curve equation. Kernel protein content, starch content and the changes of days after pollination tallied with reciprocal equation and they had high relation.

经过统计与分析，可以看出籽粒鲜重积累量与授粉后时间、籽粒干重与授粉后的时间、脂肪净含量、脂肪百分含量、蛋白质净含量、淀粉净含量与授粉后的时间均可以用Logistic方程描述，籽粒体积变化与授粉后的时间关系表现为三次上升型曲线方程；籽粒的水分含量与授粉后的时间关系表现为三次下降型曲线方程；籽粒中蛋白质百分含量与授粉后时间的动态变化规律、籽粒中淀粉百分含量与授粉后时间的动态变化规律符合倒数方程，均具有较高的拟合度。

The model of the thesis s forecasting method is synthetical use of experience model method and mine-reserach information adding power model method of mineral resources assessment based on GIS. It use several kinds of analysis means for multi-sources data. Firstly the gold-research prospective domains of this area are forecasted through the spatial query and ana-lysis by means of GIS,based on geological and mineral information of thearea, synthesizing geochemistry anomaly information. Gridding inserting value transforms geochemistry data of sampling point of the south of Acixiarega from scattering data to grid data by means of the development of Delphi and Mapobjects, using distance reciprocal inserting value method. After deposit orientation analyse and spatial overlapping analysis by means of CIS, the gold-research prospective domains of the area are forecasted.

本文所建立的预测方法模型是基于GIS矿产资源评价方法的经验模型法及找矿信息加权模型法的综合使用，对多源数据采用多种分析手段，先以研究区1：5万区域地质资料和矿产资料为基础，综合地球化学异常资料，通过Mapgis的空间检索与分析，做出全区成矿有利区分布图；而阿次夏热嘎南部地区离散的采样点的地球化学数据，是采用面向对象编程语言Dephi与GIS控件Mapobjects为开发工具，运用距离倒数插值法进行插值网格化，从而将离散的数据转换为栅格型数据，矿床定位分析、GIS空间迭加分析，预测出该地区成矿有利区。
