Taking the administrative villages as units, a comprehensive and detailed survey was made to attain the rich and reliable data, including the information about the status of the land use, the relationship of the land supply and demand, the living standards of farmers and the minimum of urban resident living guarantee and so on. Then the estimating system was established. Afterwards, basing the survey and the system, the character of each unit was transfer into data. And, utilizing the frequency law, the whole county was divided into four expropriation land blocks. The area was measured and the map, showing the differences between blocks, of the Arable Land Blocks for expropriation of Siyang was protracted by the method of GIS. Finally, the land expropriation price is calculated by agricultural land economical function compensate method and urban construction land criterion price avulse method, then the price was tested by expropriation case comparison method. It is beneficial not only for protecting farmers rights and interests, but also for link up with the current land compensate standard, so this way to calculate the land expropriate price is more reasonably.

以行政村为基本单元，对该地区的农用地利用现状、土地供求关系、农民生活水平扣城镇居民最低生活保障水平等情况进行了调查，建立征地区片价格评价体系，根据每个评价单元的综合评价分值，运用总分频率法将全县分为四个区片，并对各级区片进行面积量算，借助地理信息技术绘制了《泗阳县农用地征地区片价格分布图》，显化了农用地征地区片价格的空间分布及其差异，最后运用农用地经济功能价格补偿法和城镇建设用地基准地价剥离法综合测算农用地征地区片价格，并用征地案例比较法的测算结果加以比较验证，证明此测算结果相对更加科学合理，既有利于保障被征地农民的合法权益，又有利于与现行的征地补偿标准相衔接。

After analyzing the basic information of the ecological engineering construction, the spatial and temporal scale, and monitoring index, the 1m IKONOS image and 2.5m SPOT5 image were introdueced as data sources, the methodology of RPC modeling and GCP optimitiaztion as modification to the interpretation, the AHP used in determining combination of multi-light specrum and the whole band wave, the virtue reality technique monitoring the classification and recognation, variable cluster allocation coeffiecents and its adaptation in spatial and imaged attributs in the research on water and siol conservation subtracting the least pathches of the area. The final stage is to subtract the information via human and computer interactive to interpret and monitor the classification in the study assisted with GPS, field identification and construction supervision.

在对研究样区水土保持生态建设情况和监测尺度及监测指标分析的基础上，选择1m分辨率的IKONOS影像和2.5m分辨率的SPOT5影像为监测遥感数据源；采用"RPC模型+GCP优化"方法进行高分辨率遥感影像正射纠正；用主成分分析法进行遥感影像全色波段与多光谱图像融合；用虚拟现实技术进行高分辨率遥感影像监督分类模板定义研究，用不同大不的聚类处理参数并在研究水土保持生态建设措施的空间特征和影像特征的基础上，确定提取水土保持生态建设信息的最小图斑参数值；最后用全数字人机交互解译和监督分类提取研究样区水土保持生态建设信息，并结合GPS现场验证和工程监理成果对监测结果进行分析评价。

The sixth part: Studies on the dynamic changes of soil retention function value of ecosystem in YUYANG District. Utilized ERDAS8. 5 to interpret the remote sensing image and get LUCC data and vegetation information of YUYANG District. Utilized R2V5. 5 to digitize administrative map, topographic map, vegetation picture, soil distribution map and meteorological website map. Utilized ARCINFOR8. 3 to change every digitization layer to the same projection, to generate Tyson polygon, to structure DEM and do vector polygon overlay. Utilized ARC VIE W3. 3 to obtain the grid data topographic slope and slope length from DEM data of YUYANG District, and then, turned every coverage layer into grid layer and do grid polygon overlay to gain data about dynamic changes of value of soil retention of ecosystem in YUYANG District, at last, the author analyzed the features of the spatial-temporal changes and its reason.The seventh part: Studies on the dynamic changes of fixing drifting sand against wind function value of ecosystem in YUYANG District.

第六部分：榆阳区生态系统土壤保持功能价值动态变化研究；利用ERDAS8.5对遥感数据进行解译获得榆阳区土地利用数据和植被信息，利用R2V5.5数字化榆阳区政区图、地形图、植被图、土壤分布图及气象站点分布图，利用ARCINFOR8.3对各数字化图层进行投影转换、泰森多边形生成、DEM构建和叠加分析，利用ARCVIEW3.3从DEM数据中获取榆阳区的坡度、坡长面域数据，并将上述各图层格网化，然后通过栅格图层叠加分析和代数运算获取榆阳区生态系统土壤保持功能物质量和价值量时空动态变化数据，最后分析了其变化的时空特点及形成原因。

Using Landsat TM data, based on the spectral character analysis of main land-use types, different feature models under strong land disturbance in Antaibao opencast coal mine were set up. Vegetation higher cover area, vegetation lower cover area, denudation and cumuli area, excavation and transport area and slope area in Antaibao were extracted. The information of areas with higher vegetation cover and lower vegetation cover were detected by NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index).

该研究利用Landsat TM数据，以安太堡大型露天煤矿为例，在对地物光谱特征深入分析的基础上，设计了大型露天矿区土地剧烈扰动下不同地物特征提取模型，提取了安太堡露天矿区植被高覆盖区、植被低覆盖区、剥离堆垫区、采煤运煤区及边坡区等不同地物信息。

This paper, based on the land utilization change data during 1997 to 2005, applies the information entropy and equilibrium theory to study the temporal-spatial changes in land utilization structure in Lingshui county, with results indicating: a first slow and then a fast rise in information entropy of land utilization structure in Lingshui county and a general trend of rising homogeneity in land utilization structure; the information entropy of land utilization structure ascends from NW to SE, where can be divided into five regions, ecological protected area, resort area, farmland protected area, ecological agricultural construction area and comprehensive industrial developing area; the economic factors and populational structure play a key part in land utilization structure changes via principle componential analysis.

基于陵水县1997-2005年土地利用变更数据，利用信息熵和均衡度的基本原理，对陵水县土地利用结构的时空变化进行实证分析。结果表明：1陵水县1997-2005年土地利用结构信息熵和均衡度呈现先缓慢增长、再加速增长的变化过程，总趋势是土地利用结构的均质性逐渐增强；2）陵水县土地利用结构信息熵从西北向东南逐渐递增，依次可分为生态保育区、风景旅游区，基本农田保护区、生态农业建设区和综合产业发展区5个区域；3）利用主成分分析，经济因素和人口结构对陵水县土地利用结构变化影响重大。

Busparallel expansion and pipeline technique are adopted to improve the average inputand output speed of recorder based on FLASH memory. 2 A concept of 'cluster' isintroduced. The using state message of each cluster is loaded in the spare area,following the target datum, to keep the pipeline sequence of multiple clusters' loading, which guarantee the average input speed of system. 3 Based on the using statemessage of every cluster, the Cluster Allocation Table established in memory enablethe system to manage the recorder flexibly in high speed, similar to a file managementsystem. 4 PowerPC 8245 based embedded system, along with Vxworks real-timeoperating system is introduced to make the system more easier to be applied to theprojects in the future.

本文所述的关键技术特点主要包括：采用了并行扩展以及流水线操作技术以提高基于FLASH芯片的存储区平均输入输出能力；引入了&簇&的概念，为了保证连续写入过程中的流水线顺序，系统向存储区加载每一簇有效数据后，紧接着还将向相应簇的空余区中加载该簇的使用状态信息；根据所有簇的使用状态信息在系统内存中建立&簇分配表&，可以支持系统快速灵活地管理存储区，即，类文件化的数据管理；采用基于PowerPC8245的嵌入式计算机硬件系统及基于Vxworks的嵌入式实时操作系统，提高了系统的整体性能及系统研发的延续性。
