This paper presented a multi-source uncertain data fusion model. This model analyzed and processed uncertain information from the aspects of rationality of information, reliability of sensors and comparability of information. The sensor information was filtrated by consistency of information and dependability of sensors, which dealt with conflicting information and false information.

Based on the objective lens and voice coil motor of the current DVD pickup head,according to photobleaching three-dimensional (3D) optical information storage's theory of two-photon absorption,the Ti∶sapphire femtosecond pulse laser was used as written optical beam and reading optical beam of two-photon three-dimensional optical storage voice coil motor was carried through multiplayer choice, and the storage and readout experimental study of binary format code with two-photon photobleaching in the new photobleaching material consisting of stilbene derivant was conducted.

基于现有的DVD光头物镜与音圈电机，根据光致漂白的双光子吸收三维光信息存储原理，以钛蓝宝石飞秒脉冲激光进行双光子光信息写入和读出，利用音圈电机进行选层，在新型光致漂白材料二苯乙烯衍生物中进行光致漂白二进制编码信息的存储和读出实验研究；实现了三层光信息存储，信息点间距和信息层间距分别为4 μm和15 μm；用Matlab软件读出信息的信号强度并对其进行了识别，识别结果与写入的二进制编码信息完全一致。

Comparative evaluation of the pricing strategy which induced by the single-objective and double-objective route guidance ,then the pricing result was given under the induction of double-objective route guidance , Numerical result shows that the single-objective route guidance, compared to the double-objective route guidance, will enhance the feasible region of traffic information pricing when traffic information quality is bigger than 0.1, finally, the respective interests of the profits of information users, information providers and the traffic manager who as the decision-making host separately are considered, ultimate price of the traffic information was 1.3 yuan, 2.6 yuan and 1.8 yuan.

用已建的模型对比评价了单目标和双目标两种路径诱导下的交通信息定价策略，并给出双目标路径诱导下的交通信息定价结果，研究结果表明，与双目标路径诱导相比，当交通信息质量大于0.1时，单目标路径诱导增大了交通信息定价的可行区域；最后当具有信息的出行者、交通信息提供者、交通管理者三方各自的利益为决策主体时，双目标路径诱导下交通信息的最终价格分别为1.3元、2.6元和1.8元。

This invention discloses an IC phone communication method based on the FSK mode including: loading and transmitting ciphered sequences, ciphered card information, called number information and other interaction information between an IC terminal and a process platform in the mode of FSK information, in which, the platform authenticates the authority and charges, if the deduction at the IC terminal is correct, then it sends signals of anti-stealing making phone calls periodically to the platform, which differentiates the correctness of the signals, if they are wrong, it releases the call, when the communication is finished and the calling rings off first, the platform receives the identification signals of the ring-off of the calling to cut off the call of the called side and release the voice channel between the platform and the called side, then processes balance information and releases the call finally.

本发明公开了一种基于频移键控方式的IC卡电话通信方法，其主要方案是IC卡终端与处理平台之间通过FSK信息方式承载和传输加密序列、加密卡信息、被叫号码信息及其它交互的信息，由处理平台进行鉴权和计费；如果IC卡终端扣费正确则周期性向处理平台发送防盗打信号，处理平台鉴别防盗打信号的正确性，如果错误则释放呼叫；当通信结束后主叫先挂机时，处理平台收到主叫挂机标识信号后首先切断被叫侧的呼叫，释放处理平台与被叫侧之间的话路，然后再进行余额信息的处理和最后释放呼叫。使用本发明提出的方法，使得IC卡终端与处理平台之间的信息交互流程更加简单、清晰，提高了信息交互效率，并能及时释放话路，节约中继资源。
