The decoction did not have the influence regarding to the wet weight of uterus.(2) Wet weight of ovary:Compared with the blank group,the ovary weight of other groups were significantly lighter(p＜0.05).There is two reasons:First, because of decoction intervention ahead of time,it may had the prevention and the treatment dual function;Second,it possibly promoted the ovulation, and caused the liquid discharged from the pouch of the ovary,thus promoted ovary volume and weight decline.(3) Endocrine changes:①The content of androsterone in high dose groups were significantly lower than the low dose groups(p＜0.05),Chinese herbal had certain dose-effect relationship.

上方对于子宫湿重无影响(P＞0.05)。2、卵巢湿重：用药的各组与空白组比较，对于卵巢的重量均有影响(p＜0.05)，考虑有两个原因：第一，由于造模的同时用药，有预防与治疗的双重作用；第二，可能是促进排卵，使囊内卵泡液排出，从而促进卵巢体积及重量的下降。3、内分泌改变：①高剂量组别与低剂量组别比较，在降调总睾酮的作用更大，差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，说明中药治疗作用具有一定的量效关系。

Methods: Rat models of chronic renal failure were made by cut 5/6 kindney or fed with feedingstuff which contains adenine(0.75%) for 4 weeks. Experimental treatment was applied by giving Yi Shen Granule and the curative effect of Yi Shen Granule on ongoing pathological changes of CRF was studied. According to the data of CRF rats in weight, water wastage, hemanalysis(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH), urinalysis(volume, specific gravity, pH, proteinuria), blood serum analysis(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP), kidney weight coefficient and kidney morphology ( the grade of expansile renal tubule and the diameter of glomerulus ),the pharmacological effect of Yi Shen Granule could be ascertained.

实验选用0.75%腺嘌呤饲喂法致大鼠慢性肾衰模型和5/6肾切除法致大鼠肾衰模型，考察益肾颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭进行性病变的影响，以造模动物一般状况观察、血液学指标包括红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH)，尿液指标(尿量、比重SG、pH值、尿蛋白)、血清生化学指标包括尿素氮、肌酐、白蛋白、总蛋白(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP)、脏器解剖和病理观察指标(肾小管扩张分级评分和肾小球径长)做为判定依据。

Physiological indexes of drought-resistance, namely the four water parameters of osmotic potential at the turgor loss pointπ(subscript p, water potential at the water saturation point (π0), bulk modulus of elasticity, and the rate of bound water in cells V(subscript p/V0, for the three fire resistant trees, Schima superba, Cyclobalanopsis glauca, and Elaeocarpus glabripetalus, were studied using the pressure-volume technique.

应用压力－容积分析技术测定了木荷Schima superba，秃瓣杜英Elaeocarpus galbripetalus和青冈Cyclobalanopsis glauca等3个防火树种春季、夏季和秋季的水分特征参数，即初始质壁分离点渗透势π，饱和含水量时的最大渗透势π0，细胞弹性模数ξ，细胞质壁分离时的共质体水体积量与饱和时共质体水体积量之比V/V0。

From these simulation results, we analyze and discuss the influence of cavity boundary on Q factors of WG modes. Since there is scale size limitation due to diffraction limitation in microdisk, we also propose a novel design of photonic crystal circular-shaped (CD2) microcavity with well-sustained WG mode. We will apply the same optimization method on this microcavity named photonic crystal microflower CD2 (MFCD2) microcavity. And then this design is realized by a series fabrication processes and the measurement results will be analyzed and discussed.

由於微碟型共振腔在优化会有体积上的限制，故我们在这部分也提出一具有耳语廊模态之光子晶体修正共振腔，我们以相同的讨论结果作基础，将Q值最佳化的对象换成在小体积时也能有良好Q值表现的光子晶体，成为花型拓朴光子晶体共振腔(Photonic Crystal Micro-Flower CD2 Microcavity， PC MFCD2)，接著藉由制程方法实现该设计，并讨论其量测结果。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides.
