E2F- 1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of chondrosarcoma and 8 cases of osteochondroma of the jaws.

方法利用免疫组化ABC法检测E2F-1在20例颌骨软骨肉瘤和8例骨软骨瘤中的表达。

收集武汉大学中南医院口腔正畸科就诊成人牙列重度拥挤患者3例，成人双颌前突患者3例，分别在他们15、16和25、26间各植入一枚MAS微型种植体，利用橡皮链，结扎丝和镍铬弹簧等与微植体相连牵引尖牙向远中移动、内收前牙、防止磨牙支抗丧失。
