Conclusion The stage of the VEGF expression at maxillofacial blast injury is similar to the angiopoietic stage during wound healing, and the Flt-1 expression is also occurring at that period. It illustrates that VEGF take part in angiogenic cascades of traumatic wound healing and product auxo-action to the regeneration of blood vessel.

通过收集拔牙、开髓、颌面部手术中，因不同的麻药而在人体不同部位引发的并发症加以分析。结果：局麻药在口腔麻醉中可引发头痛、腰痛、视力及听力障碍、全身麻木、肾功能改变等并发症。结论：并发症的发生与医生操作不当以及患者心情紧张及恐惧心理有关。
