A lot of the times, you will find that if you are a nail biter, you tend to do other things like bite the ends of pens or pencils while at work because you are in thought which could mean that there is a chance of you getting stressed.

It's about making everything better—work processes, communication, customer service, you name it. And if we work for quality in everything we do, then of course our products will be better, too.

它是改善每一件事——工作程序、沟通、客户服务，只要你想得到的都包括在内，而且如果我们在每件事上追求品质，当然我们的产品也会更好。

Of course I don't. But I realized to have manliness in working is one thing and having it outside of work is another story completely.
