In this study, we use the qualitative research method and purposive sampling. We deeply interview six workers among five sheltery organizations in Taipei, and collect their opinions toward the treatment pattern for teenage prostitutes in the sheltery organizations now. According to the framework of this study, we analyze the data and induce the opinions of workers toward service, teenage prostitutes, treatment pattern, and difficulties.

本研究系采探索性的质性研究方法，以立意取样，深度访谈台北市五间安置机构的六位工作人员，搜集工作人员对现行安置机构性交易少女处遇型式的看法，并根据研究架构作为资料分析的依循，归纳出机构工作人员对安置工作的服务理念、对性交易少女所持观点、对机构处遇型式的看法，以及面临到的处遇困境。

Finally, this study makes five suggestions:(1) Reinforce the consciousness and the specialistic techniques of the workers.(2) The workers must empower clients.(3) Stress the treatment in consultation.(4)Differentiate the type of clients who are sheltered.(5) Perfect the services and the policy about family treatment. We hope it can help for the treatment pattern for teenage prostitutes in the sheltery organization and prevent the teenage prostitute more successfully.

最后提出五点建议：一、加强工作人员的自我觉察能力与专业技巧；二、工作人员要有增进个案充权的概念与行动；三、著重辅导层面的处遇；四、区分安置的个案类型；五、健全家庭处遇的服务与政策；期供性交易少女安置处遇之参考，冀使儿少性交易防制工作更臻落实。
