For reconstruction from voxel, this dissertation presents an algorithm to trace the boundary contours from segmented regions based on Active Contour Model. The algorithm can trace the contours of inter and outer connected multi-regions correctly and accurately, and can prevent tracing from jumping out to the neighbor region, also can define the contour precision and contour key points actively as snake is growing up.

On this basis, chosing 15w germicidal lamp with radiation centred at 253. 7nm or 15w blacklight fluorescent lamp with radiation centred at 365nm as the light source respectively, the destruction effects of trace impurities in water by photocatalytic oxidation method using TiO〓 as an immobile phase have been investigated, and the effects are contrasted with photolysis. We can correct the field macroscopic color zoning by combining the macroscopic zoning and microscopic zoning. Trace elements and rare earth elements commonly enrich in thin rock clast such as mudstone, in which the enriched elements species are more than those in the whole rock, which indicate that the regeneration action in caulking matter are more deep than that in whole rock at the process of interlayer oxidation, and the reallocate intention of trace elements in main minerlized rock in Tuha basin are more intensive than that in Yili basin at the process of deposition ,diagenesis and later changes .

Greywacke samples of Middle and Late Triassic collected from Hongcan well in Zoige were analyzed by ICP-MS for REE and trace elements. The result shows that these samples were originated continental crust because they enriched in Cs,Rb,Th and high REE contents and depleted in Sr,Nb and Ta. Negative Eu anomalies and strong differentiation between heavy and light REE are significant. Both the contents and ratios of the inactive trace elements and the results based on discriminant diagrams indicated that the sedimentary tectonic setting of Zoige Basin was dominated by continental island arc and the sediment in this basin was strongly affected by continental island arc between Middle and Late Triassic.
