Firstly,we particularly explained the algorithmic of themusic recognition.Then,we made a study of the music characteristic and the musicrecognition methods.As for the burrs of the music signal,we put forward a curveplastic method to eliminate the burrs.Considering the difficulties of detecting thepoint of the music speech,we made use of the multi-frequency energy curve to detectthe end-point of the music signal with the crossing zeros rate.As for thedisadvantages of the large operation and influence of the formant,we improved theAMDF theory with the linear prediction algorithmic to detect the error.In order toobtain the characteristic parameter of the music signal,wo calculate the MFCCparameter to obtain the template and the pending signal characteristic parameter.Inorder to improve the rate of the recognition,considering the disadvantages of theDTW algorithmic,we find a new method to improved the DTW algorithmic bybroadening the point of the music signal and made simulation experimentation;As forthe disadvantages of the contraposition grade to the pitch,cadent and sing name,wefind a method to dynaic adjust the results of the recognition to improve the accuracyof the grade.

Most of the e-learning research topics focus on metadata of learning object. These studies extract useful information from metadata, and use them to organize the LOs. However, to understand the metadata is not enough to organize the multimedia-style LO in meaningful manner. The comprehensive multimedia-style LO is especially useful for mobile learners to choose what they really demanded. In order to attack the problem, this project uses multi-agent technique to develop a personalized hyper-seamless learning environment for managing LOs comprehensibly. Following that, the proposed environment coordinates two agents: Content Reorganize Agent, and Zone Agent to provide mobile learners the efficient multimedia-style learning experience. The CRA is responsible for reorganizing the discovered critical multimedia content by analyzing learner』s behavior and the multimedia』s annotation. The ZA is designed for terminal devices to monitor the learning behavior, and it sends the collected behaviors to CRA for evaluating. Moreover, the ZAs can communicate with each other, and they can self-organize as a group for sharing learning resources. Due to the cooperation of the two agents, the learning environment can give the properly multimedia-style LO for learners without bandwidth squandering. Finally, we expect this project can construct a comprehensive multimedia-style LO map for efficient personalized seamless learning.

The design includes many new technologies in data exchange and data security, they are: Converting non-XML data to XML in order to apply the XML security technology to more data types; Using the technology of XKMS and PKI to manage the public key in order to overcome the shortage of complexity and difficulty in using PKI and improve the efficiency of the public key management; Using Diffe-Hellman algorithm combining with the public key technology to exchange secret key in order to furthest increase the security of the key; Using the technology of XML digital signature algorithm to ensure the integrity, message authentication and signer authentication of the data; Using the technology of XML encryption to ensure confidentiality of the data; Defining delegable access rules on the structure and content of the XML documents to provide fine-grained access control. According to the XML security framework, a XML security library is designed and implemented.
