Through the comparison of different conditions in multi-angle repeated test, we observe the disaccording path of risk preferences. The main content of this thesis are as follows. Firstly, we design 2 sessions of experiments to find the impact of the softening budget constraint and the form of endowment on the risk preference. Besides, this thesis also includes several experimental comparative studies, focusing on the dynamical inconsistency of risk preference as well as its drifting path.

With regard to the market discipline mechanism in China, this thesis studies empirically the correlation between the deposit growth rate and the risk level of 10 banks in China, and disproves the existence of depositor market discipline in China. After analyzing the reasons why market discipline by depositors and subordinated debt holders in China is weak, this thesis brings forward reform suggestions on how to enhance market discipline in China.

在对我国银行的市场约束机制研究方面对中国的10家商业银行的存款增长与风险水平的关系进行了实证研究，证明了我国存款人对银行的市场约束几乎不存在，并在分析我国商业银行存款人和次级债券市场约束机制弱化的原因后，对我国如何加强市场约束提出了改革的思路。

Therefore, based on the research of pathology, aiming at the long-term dissevered between the land use and transportation network system in the urban planning, construction and management fields, and the narrow definition of urban transportation system and matching supply and demand of this contradictions unity, this thesis define the integrated urban land use-transportation system (abbreviation IULTS, urban L-T system or system for short). From the interaction and the spontaneous mutual adjustment phenomena between the land use subsystem and transportation subsystem, this thesis explore the inherent laws and internal mechanism of IULTS evolution behind the phenomena, and proposed system optimization theory and methods from the mechanism of system development and evolution. It is expected that the conclusion can provide a meaningful reference for analyzing and solving traffic problems, and understanding deeply the matter that if IULTS is controllable, how to control and the direction, theory and methods of controlling.

故此，论文立足于对病理的探讨，针对当前城市规划、建设与管理上对土地利用与交通系统长期割裂的状况，及现状城市交通系统的狭义定义，基于供需匹配这一矛盾统一体提出了城市用地-交通综合系统(英文缩写IULTS，简称为城市L-T系统，下文有时直接简称为系统)概念，从系统内用地子系统与交通子系统之间所表现的互馈影响、相互调节现象出发，结合定性分析和定量研究，探究现象背后所隐藏的客观规律，揭示统发展演化所遵循的固有规律与内在机理，从系统发展演化机理上提出系统优化的相关理论与方法，以期研究结论能为从机理上研究、分析、解决交通问题，深入认识系统是否可控、如何可控及控制发展的方向、理论与方法等问题提供了有意义的理论参考。

Based on the content of the growth management——including the location, speed, scale and mode of city development, the thesis analyzes empirically the mechanism of location choice, sequence control, speed adjustment and gross control, and stresses the logical relation between city growth management and urban growth and evolvement.
