It was pointed that the teaching self-controlling is a feedback process of teachers. In such process, the teachers can supervise, adjust and control themselves through self-feeling and adjudgement on the teaching effect. The intrinsic personality, intrinsic requirement, self-feeling and the satisfaction degree on teaching process are the main factors to affect on the teaching self-controlling. Based on the analysis, several suggestions were given to promote the teaching self-controlling in higher education.

指出教师教学自我监控是其在外在压力和内在需求的共同作用下，通过教师的自我感知使其对自己的教学效果进行自我判断，进而对自己的教学进行监督、调节和控制的过程；教师的个体特征、内在需求、教学效果的自我感知以及满意度是影响其教学自我监控行为的主要因素，并在此基础上进一步提出促进高校教师进行教学自我监控的几点建议。

The Double-base Teaching is one of traditional features in the mathematics" education in our country, which focuses on how to cultivate the students" inquiry ability in the daily teaching. First of all, from the beginning of the double-base teaching, we pay attention to the original knowledge during the teaching of concepts, definitions, theorems and formulas. 重视双基教学是我国中学数学教学的传统特色，在日常教学中培养学生的探究能力，应首先从双基教学开始：在概念、定义、定理、公式的教学中注重知识的起源；在例习题教学中，注重归纳、小结及训练学生的发散思维能力；在复习课的教学中注重各知识的相互联系；其次，由于数学开放题具有良好的探究功能，因此，在日常教学中适当创设数学开放题，也是培养学生探究能力的一个重要途径。

All tasks carried out in this research reflect the original form of teachers\' professional development under the background of new curriculum reform.
