目的：观察中西医结合治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法：采用外痔分区段剥离缝合、内痔齿线上小v剪口结扎、消痔灵液注射，术后用中药坐浴熏洗。结果：本组78例全部一次治愈，术后无大出血，肛门狭窄等并发症，1年后随访无1例复发，肛门功能正常。结论：本术式简单有效、治愈率高、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Surgical procedures included Swenson operation in 3, Duhamel in 2, Rehbein in 3, Soave operation in one and stapler anastamosis in 2 cases.
