This paper study the character and application of the solution of BSDE, the main results include: for the second kind of BSDE, the existence and uniqueness of the solution under non-Lipschitz condition, comparison theorem and stability are established , under weaker condition , the existence of the minimal and maximal solution is proved and the application in stochastic control and utility function is given; for the first kind of BSDE, under weaker condition , the existence of minimal and maximal solution .stability, comparison theorem and application to utilityfunction are proved.

The comprehensive evalucation resulted in a strong drought resistance group including ZXY04P-201、ZXY03P-227、ZXY03P-122 and ZX Y04P-136, a weak drought resistance group including ZXY04P-101、ZXY04P-89,ZXY04P-239 and a intermediate group including the others according to the the above indicators. 3. The results of study on drought mechanism for 4 Dactylis glomerata L. under continuously water stress and rewatering show: the water saturation deficit of leaves arose hastily, and ZXY04P-239 changed most obviously while ZXY04P-201 changed only slightly under drought stress. ZXY03P-173 and ZXY04P-201 increased in the relative plasmalemma permeability and the soluble sugar content while thant of ZXY04P-75 and ZXY04P-239 showed the trend of initial increasing, reaching the peak at the 8th day, then decreasing under drought stress.

In this study,under laboratory conditions,using traditional microbiological culture method,select the Pb2+ stress training of Pistia stratiote and Myriophyllum spicatum L. under water culture, through the changs of root- microbial of Pistia stratiote and Myriophyllum spicatum L.,the results show that bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes have different concentrations under Pb2+ stress. It is specificity of ammonification, nitrification,andanti-Nitrosation after Pb2+ stress.
中文摘要:本研究在实验室条件下,用传统的微生物培养法,选择重金属离子Pb2+在水培条件下对大薸和穗状狐尾藻进行胁迫培养,通过测定大薸和穗状狐尾藻根系的微生物区系及与氮循环有关的四种细菌的数量变化发现:细菌、真菌、放线菌对重金属Pb2+的不同浓度的敏感性不同;重金属Pb2+胁迫对氨化、硝化、亚硝化和反硝化四类细菌的影响也表现出各自的特殊性。

To obtain the best nutritional quality, the optimum nitrogen application is 125.8kg/hm~2 under middle density, during different development stage, the best C/N value were respectively 1.35-1.40, 1.17-1.25, 1.02-1.03, 0.62-0.71, 1.55-1.72, 0.98-1.02.8, Consequently, to obtain the unification between high yield and good quality, under the conditions of this study the optimum plant density is 60000 plant/hm2, the optimum nitrogen application is 120kg/hm2 to 180kg/hm2 under this density, it was obtained that at five-leaf, seven-leaf, ten-leaf, silking, lid after silking and harvest stage, the best C/N value were 1.27-1.63, 0.80-1.38, 0.81-1.07, 0.62-0.90, 1.39-1.72, 0.98-1.17, respectively.

In the present study, we collected cumulus cells oocyte complex from ovaries of two different strain mice. The cumulusenclosed oocytes were cultured for 6 h in MEM supplemented with growth factor and FSH. The meiotic maturation of these oocytes has progressed to pro-metaphse Ⅰ stage and the condensed chromosomes are visible under DIC microscope, metaphase Ⅰ spindle even can be detected under Polscope. The metaphase Ⅰ spindles of oocytes were exchanged under such microscopes. After electric stimuli, 91. 6% and 91. 6% karyoplasts-cytoplasm pairs were fused respectively. The resulting oocytes were cultured further in MEM and over 80% of oocytes released the first polar body. 79% and 77% of oocytes formed two pronuclei after in vitro fertilization and the embryos were cultured in KSOM supplemented with amino acids. Over 60% of embryos developed to blastocyst stage.

This research is concentrated on the interactive behavior between the cold-formed steel wall stud and sheathing. Three kind of test specimens used in this study includes:(1) both stud and calcium silicate board are under compression;(2) the stud sheathed with calcium silicate board is under compression; and (3) the calcium silicate board supported by stud is under compression. Three different thicknesses of calcium silicate board and three different spacing of the connecting screw were adopted in the test. Totally, 36 specimens were tested in this research.

Such parameters as the percentage of ordinary reinforcment, amounts and configuration of unbonded prestressed tendons, the ratio of span to depth and the loading patterns were considered. Based on the results, the fomula for the eqivalent length of deformation zone on the beams at ultimate were developed. A simple formula was developed for the ultimate mid-span deflection of concrete beams with concept of equivalent length of deformation zone, and the deformation of beam before internal reinforcement yielding was predicted by the traditional formula for the deformation of partically prestressed concrete beam. Then an analytical model was deduced for analyzing the ultimate stress increment in those concrete beams prestressed with external or internal unbonded tendons based on the mid-span deflection.(4) Testes were carried out on a thin-walled concrete box beam presressed with external CFRP tendons to study its short-term performances under uniform load, long-term behaviors under uniform load, and full-time performance under four-point load in turn.
