The result showed that: firstly, they had the hame view on the purpose of the scholarship with the authorities and people's expectation and most university students were satisfied with the system of the scholarship, but the students who were not satisfied still were of large proportion; secondly ,the students inclined to believe that the encouragement of substance can arouse people's enthusiasm better than the encouragement of spirit, and most students wished to have money as a form of incentive; thirdly, in the choice of career students showed some differences due to the difference of gender, professional and urban or rural where they are from, however, on the views of social status, the vast majority of students did't want to be willing to engage in a poor but noble career.

结果显示：其一，大学生对奖学金目的的认识，从总体上讲与国家的期望一致，在对奖学金公平性的认识上，多数大学生对学校奖学金制度表示满意，但是不满意者仍然占了很大的比例；其二，大学生倾向于认为物质鼓励比精神鼓励更能调动人的积极性，且希望获得的奖励形式以金钱居多；其三，大学生对择业条件与择业地域的选择因性别、专业、城乡不同而存在一定的差异，但在对社会地位的认同感上，绝大多数大学生不愿意从事甘于清贫而高尚的职业。

Because of crude facilities or keeping clear of trouble, some teachers enjoy following the beaten track in their teaching and ruling their students by their voices alone. They use the monotonous methods such as punishing the students to transcribe words repeatedly, without any innovation in teaching scenes. In this way, the teachers make a language which is closed to students to be a kind of solitary and tedious mechanical repetition, and then they get half the result with twice the effort in the mass, even causing a lapse of misguidance. Therefore, students' aggressiveness and personality in study were hindered, and their interests in study were killed. It's certain that students were repelled to study. In the same time, students were lack of opportunity to practice oral English after class, not to mention enjoying the pleasure in colorful second classroom.

RESULTS: The average score were 82.72 points and 73.9 points respectively for the year 2002 students majored in clinical medicine and year 2003 students specialized in forensic medicine, who had received both classroom teaching and clinic noviciate. The average score were 75.6 points for year 2003 students majored in preventive medicine who only had classroom teaching without clinic noviciate. The results of statistical analysis suggested the score of clinical medicine students were better than that of forensic and preventive medicine students, and the difference between the forensic and preventive medicine students was not significant.

结果：接受见习教学的医学系和法医系学生的平均成绩分别为82.72和73.9分，未接受见习教学的预防医学系学生的平均成绩为75.6分，经统计学分析，医学系学生的成绩好于法医和预防医学系，而法医和预防医学系的学生成绩没有统计学差异。

The integrative ability, organizing ability, communicative ability of trainings was deficiency. Fourthly, the power of social physical educators in Guangxi universities was so weak that it couldn't satisfy the need of specialty development. For example, the number of special teacher and the practicing ability of teachers are deficiency. The teachers that master special theoretic well and have practicing experience are deficiency especially. Fifthly, social physical practice base have not been building in Guangxi universities. And the necessary equipments of gymnasium are deficiency at the same time. Sixthly, the whole sports technology levels of new social physical students are low and hard to fit for social needing. Seventhly, the professional ideology of students is not stable enough. For example, the special concept and cognition of students are dim. The attitude for learning is not right. The most of students want to or have trend to change their profession after graduating. Eighthly, the ability of students fostered by social physical education in various Guangxi universities has a gap with the ability that students should hold for adapting the need of Guangxi employer. The special technical levels of social physical students are weak. Ninthly, in investigation of social physical personnel being demanded by Guangxi area employers, we found that few social physical personnels were demanded by business unit, the state-operated factory and mining enterprise because of being influenced by economical environment. And the more social physical personnels were demanded by social physical directors, fitness centers and each kind of sports association and so on.

这主要表现为：不够科学的课程体系，在实践性教学环节中的重视程度不够，对学生的综合能力、组织管理能力、社会交际能力的培养较为欠缺；4、对社会体育专业的发展需求这一点而言，广西各高校该专业的师资力量还略显薄弱，难以满足社会的需求，主要体现在：缺乏足够的专业教师数量、教师实践能力欠强，尤其缺乏既有较高理论素养又有实践经验的教师；5、社会体育专业的实习基地在广西各高校中都尚未建立起来，同时一些必备的体育场馆的设施也较为缺乏；6、由于入学时广西社会体育专业的学生在运动技术、技能整体水平相对较低，因此在一些专业方向的需求上难以达到满足；7、在专业思想这一方面而言，广西各高校社会体育专业的学生显得不够稳定，主要表现为：淡薄的学生专业观念，模糊的专业认识，不够端正的学习态度，甚至有相当一部分学生准备毕业后改行或有改行倾向；8、广西各高校社会体育专业培养学生目前所具备的能力与当前广西用人单位所需求的社会体育专业人才应具备的能力尚有一定差距，主要体现在：目前社会体育专业学生的专业技术水平较低，组织能力和社会交际能力较为欠缺等。9、在广西地区用人单位对社会体育专业人才需求量的调查中发现：大多数的企事业单位和国营厂矿企业因受到经济大环境的影响，基本上都不设置专职的体育管理人员，对社会体育专门人才的需求量较少，需求量较大的还是社区体育指导员、体育健身中心、各种体育协会等。

The variety of classroom activities helps a combined action of the students' four sensory organs, which is also advantageous for the students to improve their ability.
