目的 探讨白花丹体外抗肿瘤作用的活性部位。方法 mtt染色法对白花丹五种溶剂提取物体外抗肿瘤活性进行了初步的研究。结果氯仿提取物对乳腺癌细胞（bre-04）、神经癌细胞（n-04）、肺癌细胞（lu-04）有较好的抑制生长作用，ic50分别为0.269 9 mg/ml、0.263 4 mg/ml、0.496 1 mg/ml，对肝癌细胞hepg2抑制作用差， ic50为0.937 9 mg/ml；白花丹石油醚提取部位对乳腺癌细胞（bre-04）、神经癌细胞（n-04）、肺癌细胞（lu-04）、肝癌细胞hepg2的ic50分别为0.590 2 mg/ml、0.572 5 mg/ml、0.793 8 mg/ml、0.637 4 mg/ml；乙酸乙酯提取物对肺癌细胞（lu-04）有一定的抑制作用，ic50为0.734 3 mg/ml；水溶性提取物以及正丁醇提取物无明显抑制肿瘤作用。结论白花丹氯仿提取部位、石油醚提取部位体外抗肿瘤作用较好，值得对其提取部位进一步分离纯化并研究其抗肿瘤作用机制。

Multiple linear regression equation between LST and brightness temperatures of AVHRR channels 4 and 5 was almost at the significant level (p＜0.05), and the level was not improved by adding brightness temperature of AVHRR channel 3 as a regressor. Path analysis is a statistical technique that partitions correlations into direct and indirect effects, and differentiates between correlation and causation. The results of path analysis showed that the direct effects and indirect effects of brightness temperatures of AVHRR channels 4 and 5 to LST were strong, respectively, the direct effect and indirect effects of brightness temperature of AVHRR channels 3 to LST were weak. These implied the brightness temperatures AVHRR channels 4 and 5 should be involved in retrieving LST.

AIM: To isolate bioactive secondary metabolites from the fruits of Schisandra rebriflora Rehd. et. Wils and study their effects on HIV-1 infectivity. METHODS: Inhibition of syncytia formation, HIV-1 reverse transcriptase and protease, protection of HIV-1 infected cells, level of HIV-1 p24 antigen,blockage of fusion were detected. RESULTS: A lignan compound, named rubrifloralignan A, was first isolated as a natural product with modest inhibition effects on syncytium formation and HIV- 1 replication and could protect HIV-1 infected cells with weak inhibition effects on fusion and RT, but it showed no effects on the replication of HIV-1 chronic H9 and PR. CONCLUSION: Rubrifloralignan A is an efficient anti-HIV-1 product with effect on early stage of HIV-1 replication.

Based on these previous work, in this research, in order to explore the the molecular mechanism of enhanced tumor cell immunogenicity treated by elemene and mytomycin C compositely, we used murine Hca-F ascitic hepatic carcinoma ( high lymphatic metastasis substrain of H22) as an experimental model to compare the immunoprotective effects on Hca-F cells as well as the mechanism of the effects caused by HSP70-peptide complex purified from untreated tumor cells, EC-TCV and BCG; We studied the mechanism of increased tumor cell membrane HSP expression treated with elemene by the techniques of RT-PCR and immunoelectron microscopy; In order to deeply elucidate the antitumor effects and the molecular mechanism of elemene in increasing tumor cell immunogenicity we analyzed and compared the effects of elemene and heat shock on the gene expressions of tumor cell using gene expression profile chip.
