目的：探讨贲门癌术后吻合口复法癌再手术的可能和适应症。方法：回顾1992年至2004年我科尝试性行该手术16例，再次手术采用左胸切口和胸腹联合切口，手术切除9例（56.3%）；术中经胃造瘘术4例；行空肠造瘘术3例。结果：术后并发肺部感染3例；胸腔积液1例。

Results Contrast CT or MRI showed prominent irregular circular or nodular enhancement in 14 of 16 cases (64%),can not distinguished from postopertative changes, radioinjury, tumor residue or recurrence.Among them, 9 cases showed tumor residue or recurrence based on significantly increased FDG uptake, 5 were confirmed by pathologic study. The other 5 cases of cerebral necrosis and 2 cases with postoperative cerebral malacia demonstrated FDG uptake defects.

Results All17patients had reiteratively blood in stools.The longest medical history of these patients is of3years,the shortest is of2months.8cases showed symptoms of stomachaches;2cases showed symptoms of peritonitis.3cases resulted in positive tests in the radioactive scanning.Of the rest of the patients,1case showeda positive test in the selective arterial angiographies.Of the17patients,12recovered completely after the operation.And no recurrence was found in the following3～5years.5patients died of the recurrence of tumor and metastasis.
