In the couping solution, based on the characteristics of the models in this dissertation, each of loading step is finished in unit time. Thus the volumetric strains on the current increment step as analysis parameters are inserted into the equation of continuity and a physical equation for pore water pressure is presented. The fundamental solutions of two kinds of classic problems (axial symmetry and plane strain) are derived. By use of the fundamental solutions of pore water pressure combined with finite element method of soil mechanics, a semi-analytical and semi-numerical method for nonlinear consolidation equations is presented.

The results showed that BS-LX04 had strong antagonistic activity on the mycelia growth and conidia germination. The hyphae were suppressed by BS-LX04 and presented malformation. The conidia germination was inhibited, with an inhibition percentage of 73.22% when examined at 24 h after test. The germination was delayed by BS-LX04 and the germ tube and hyphae also presented malformation though some of the spores germinated and formed hypha.

It consists of same three sets of acquisitive circuits, which construct O-shaped structure to sample the signals without drop .And it adopts threshold judging method to determine the valid data in the process of the acquisition, abandons vast of the redundant useless data at the same time, it only sends the useful data to the host computer by the way of DMA, so it is easy to processing the data. The design is concise and reliable. The sketch map of the logic circuit and the explanation of the main parts are presented. This design has been applied in the engineering project of sampling α nuclide.
