Nutrition solution culture, ICP-AES, the differential centrifugation technique and sequential chemical extraction method, suppression subtractive hybridization , RAPD were used in this thesis to study the mechanisms of copper tolerance and accumulation by Commelina communis grown in copper mine deposit which was reported to be a Cu hyperaccumulator, compared with C. communis grown in normal soil. Several aspects were examined, including: difference of copper tolerance and accumulation between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil; difference of growth and nutrient accumunation between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil under copper treatment; physiological differences between between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil under copper treatment; subcellular distribution and chemical forms of Cu in C. communis; identification of cDNA fragments differentially expressed in C. communis grown in copper mine deposit; genetic diversity and copper tolerance of C. communis, tolerance mechanisms to copper in C. communis are discussed.

This paper emphasized on the strength testing of paper-bag which was produced by Foshan Sanshui KelunPaper.Inc. The test was done according to the Chinese Standards（GB/T453—2002、 GB/T450—2002、GB9774—2002 etc.）.It showed that , the average CD ensile strength of a single paper is 2.96KN/m, above the normal value of 2.0 KN/m; The average MD ensile strength of a single paper is 3.88 KN/m, above the normal value of 3.8 KN/m; The combined CD ensile strength is 7.88 KN/m, above the normal value of 6.0 KN/m; The combined MD ensile strength is 11.91 KN/m, above the normal value of 11.4 KN/m.

Methods: Foty healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groops. Control groop was fed with normal diet for 10 weeks, model groop was fed with 1.5% cholesterol diet plus normal diet; APS groop was fed with 1.5% cholesterol plus 12.0mg/kg APS plus normal diet; Captopril groop was fed with 1.5% cholesterol plus 15.0mg/kg Captopril plus normal diet. objective to investigate the existence of the erythropoiesis inhibitors.methods the present study included twelve undialyzed esrd patients with anemia.the sera from the uremic patients were added to cfu-e and bfu-e culture in the concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5%.in vitro cfu-e and bfu-e growth in the presence of sera from esrd patients was compared with in the presence normal human subjects with the use of normal mice bone marrows.results the effects of the sera from uremic patients on cfu-e and bfu-e colony growth in concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5% were investigated to be dose-dependent.the effect increased with the concentrations increasing of the sera（p＜0.05）.there were not significant inhibitory effect on the cfu-e and bfu-e growth of mice bone marrow in vitro from sera of the normal subjects.conclusion the erythropoiesis inhibitors exist in uremic sera which has a dose-dependent inhibitive effects on the growth cfu-e and bfu-e of normal mice bone marrow cells.

选择12例尿毒症肾性贫血未透析患者为试验组，另选正常健康体检者12例为正常对照组，将实验组、正常对照组血清分别稀释成不同终浓度，采用甲基纤维素细胞培养的方法对小鼠骨髓细胞进行培养，对比不同浓度血清组红系集落形成单位、红系爆式形成单位的集落数。结果在实验组中，与血清浓度为0的浓度组相比，与各浓度组血清共同培养的小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数均明显减少，且随血清浓度的增加，小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数逐渐减少，各浓度组间差异有显著性（p＜0.05）。结论尿毒症患者血清抑制小鼠骨髓红系祖细胞集落形成，随患者血清浓度的增加，抑制作用增强，具有剂量依赖性。

Methods 64 SD male rats were fed a normal diet for one week then they were randomly divided into two groups ,one was normal group（which were 12 rats）fed normal diet, the other , which were 52 rats fed high fatty diet for 12 weeks.
