Objective To review the recent development of extraplexal neurotization as a treatment for brachial plexus injuries.

结果 经多年的基础研究和临床实践，臂丛神经损伤的治疗已有很大发展，不仅供体神经增多，而且能更有效的利用。

RESULTS: VIP-immunoreactive nerve fibers were expressed from apical foramina to the central pulp as bunchy line,and became fan-shaped at the cervical line,more branches in the coronal pulp.Some branches surrounded blood vessels,some branches terminated in the pulp matrix,the others passed Raschkow nerve plexus and run forward the odontoblastic layer and the predentine,but not went into dentine.

结果：VIP阳性神经纤维自根尖孔呈束状进入牙髓，至颈部扇形分开，在冠髓大量分支，部分围绕在血管周围，部分终止于牙髓基质，部分参与形成成牙本质细胞层下Raschkow神经丛，然后发出分支伸入成牙本质细胞层和前期牙本质，但不进入成熟牙本质。

The slices were treated by immunohistochemistry reaction and the image analysis. Methods Forty rats were randomized into normal control group and FS group. The normal control group was fed with conventional forage. FS group was fed with dry forage mixed with FS powder for 3 months, the preliminary dose of FS was 200 mgkg^(-1)d^(-1) and then increased progressively by l00 mgkg^(-1)d^(-1) to ensure over half of the rats having diarrhea, and the final dose was 2800 mgkg^(-1)d^(-1). The frequency and amplitude of colic slow wave were detected and the changes of myenteric plexus and ICC were observed by zinc iodide -osmic acid staining method.

方法］SD大鼠40只，随机分为2组：正常对照组、番泻叶组（饲以含番泻叶粉的乾饲料，起始剂量为200 mgkg^(-1)d^(-1)，以100 mgkg^(-1)d^(-1)剂量递增，保持对半数以上动物有泻下作用，连续3个月，终剂量为2800 mgkg^(-1)d^(-1)，检测大鼠结肠慢波的频率及振幅，采用碘化锌－锇酸法观察肌间神经丛及ICC变化。

Based on the results, it has found that six distinct layers can be identified from lateral to medial in the olfactory bulbs, and the adults have more cells than the subadults. Ventricles of the adults take up larger vacuity, have richer choroids plexus, and primordial pallium and primordial hippocampus of them are more developed than the subadults, in which the primordial piriform is well-developed. Ventral to the primordial hippocampus, there is a septal area which can not be divided into medial and lateral parts in both adults and subadults, nor there is lateral limiting sulcus to separate the primordial piriform and the corpus striatum, but only in the subadults, a medial limiting sulcus can be clearly identified to separate the primordial hippocampus and the septal area. Besides, the corpus striatum of Onychodactylus fischeri is paleostriatum. The cell group that located at two sides of the third ventricle is amygdale, and shape and size of neurons within the telencephalon are poorly differentiation.

结果表明：爪鲵嗅球内细胞从外到内大致可分为6层结构，亚成体的细胞数量少于成体；成体爪鲵的侧脑室所占空间较大，脉络丛更为丰富，原始大脑皮层和原始海马都比亚成体发达，后者大脑内原始梨状区较为发达；隔区位于原始海马的下方，成体和亚成体都没有外侧隔核和内侧隔核之分，也没有外侧界沟作为原始梨状区和纹状体的分界，而在亚成体的侧脑室壁有内侧界沟区分原始海马和隔区，成体则没有；此外，爪鲵的纹状体属于古纹状体，杏仁核是位于第三脑室两侧的两个细胞团，端脑内细胞形态和大小分化较为单一。
