Results: After 24h exposure to rhBMP-2, the expression of PCNA in HFCL cells decreased 0.65 fold by densimetric scanning. Observed after staining with the Wright-Gimsa, the numbers of cells with mitosis imaging decreased, but the morphologic change of cells did not happen. The HFCL cell numbers in S phsae decreased while in G1 phase increased, the cell cycle was arrested at G1 phase HFCL cells did not differentiate to myelocytic or mononucleate cells.

结果：经过rhBMP-2作用24h后，HFCL细胞PCNA表达下降，经灰度扫描下降幅度为0.65倍；瑞氏－吉姆萨染色后发现细胞核分裂像减少，分裂指数下降，但细胞形态没有变化；HFCL细胞S期中的细胞数量减少，G1期数量增多，出现G1期阻滞；rhBMP-2作用没有使HFCL细胞向髓系或单核方向分化的趋势。
