A software system of the oscillometric blood pressure monitor is presented. Based on Franklin C and modular design, using smoothing technology and FFT digital signal processing, this software system has been proved to be short developing period, good extendibility and transplanting. As a result, the monitor is more stable and can be used to measure the blood pressure of adults and children.
